dangleman, what are you going to do differently as far as clamping is concerned to avoid another injury this time?

I am very prone to injuring my veins, had to stop PE on 3 separate occasions due to Thromboses in the past, not little ones either. They always start at the base and run length ways.
My veins just do not like being clamped or stretched.

Clamping was the cause the first time.
Right now I am depressed sitting here with 3 painful thrombosed veins and expect at least another 3 months to heal.

Be careful not to damage yourself again.

Do thrombosed veins look like they do in the flaccid state?

Sorry for hijacking your thread dangleman but i was wondering what your clamping routine looks like

Sorry for my absence guys …

I am clamping maybe 2 sessions of 10 minutes each every day …squeezing while clamped . . and watching closely, though that does not guarantee avoiding yet another injury. I get little blister-like spots caused by the terrible red spot attack I got awhile back; I think those cells have been semi-permanently stretched and are prone to go right back to being stretched as soon as I start clamping again. But, they go away pretty quickly. I am back to 5.25” girth, PRE-workout (5.5 after), after having dropped back to my normal 5” during my injury. I am hoping against hope to hit 5.5 , just another 1/4 inch . . with a normal erection (NOT after a PE workout, but, say, 2 days after). At 8.25 x 5.5, I would be happy. At 8.5 x 5.75, I would be satisfied enough to quit (if it would stay, which I think it would NOT - I am not at all sure about the long-term retention of PE gains!).


*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics
