Man, I thought I was starting to see some small gains, because of my gf said it was bigger, but I just got done measuring it, and there was no difference!
My problem is this, I have no idea if I’m doing to much or to less, I really have no idea!
By hell, I will have a big dick one way or the other!!
I was doing 500 jelqs for the last 4 months, now I don’t know if that’s to much, should I bump it up, or take it down?
As far as stretching, I do manual stretches, but I can only hold each set no longer than 15 seconds, because my hand give out! So I usually do lots of sets for abut 45 minutes!
It was suggested to me, that I should stretch the upper angels, because my LOT is 7 o’clock, but if I stretch upwards I can’t feel it pulling my ligs, about as far up as I can go and still feel a lig pull, is about 9 o’clock.
What do you bros suggest?
What if after I jelq, I put my unit in a pump and let it set for 20 or 30 mins?
