Hello all.

I just received an email telling me my Bib was on they. When I ordered it, it got me to thinking,
what if I tried what I could only call “Cycle Training”:

day 1
warm ups
basic stretches
hanging

day 2
warm ups
basic stretches
pumping

day 3
warm ups
basic stretches
intense manual stretches(A’s, V’s Blasters etc…)

day 4
off

Then start all over. Of course, I would jelq between each set of pumping or hanging
just to insure proper circulation.

Any thoughts? Would this speed gains? I realize that actually tracking gains would be hard
to do but would the varying of the routine help?

Dry jelqing? If you wet jelq in between, you’re gonna be too greasy to grab your dick to stretch it, or handle a pump with lubed fingers. Unless you want to wipe it off between every set. That’d be a bitch, man.
