Hey everyone,
My current stretching routine has been
DLD blasters without reverse kegels since my LOT is 6:00.
I do 100 kegels while stretching upward and do 50 reps of 5 sec kegels after that. I finish off with a 1 min PC hold.
I am not feeling any soreness with these exercises. What should I do?
I am thinking of buying the Bib hanger and hang OTS since I am not feeling soreness from manual stretching. Should I put it more reps and kegels and continue doing the blasters (I started this week) or should I go ahead with the Bib?

Really really frustrated *sigh*

Have you tried doing the A-Stretch straight up or RB’s fake arm stretch?

They should give you some tunica soreness (hard to come by sometimes).

Where exactly do I feel the sore when stretching upward doing blasters?

With a LOT of 6:00 I think you will be better off doing a couple of different things. First I think the traditional Blasters are not going to help you. I would suggest a modified version. Using RB-Fake Arm Method A-Stretch at very high angles will be more beneficial. Really any type of stretching at upward angles will be more productive. RB-Fake Arm A-Stretch is a great way to get very controlled stretching at upward angles. I would try some A-Streches upward to the left, straight up and to the right. This will be a very thorough workout and should produce faster gains. Also there are incredible angles that you can hit using the Bib-Hanger. Check the hangers forum for that info.
