Critique my routine

I get hard when the wind blows. So I don’t warm up.

Manual PE with lotion-

20 minutes Kegels with jelqing.
10 minutes overhand jelqing. (constantly pumping in blood every 2 or 3 jelqs)
5 minutes erectbending (at the point where I can just barely get a bend- pushing down and up)
5 minutes Horse440’s
5 minute hot wrap (more like 3 minutes)

I ejaculate at the end (have to - i’m all worked up)

Currently 6.2
Goal 7

haven’t PE’d in over a year. Never did for longer than 2 month period.

GOALS: 7x6 . Also from my prior PE experience i have a slight discolouration (5mm ring around the girth of my cock at the beginning of the foreskin.) I want that gone. Also I’m not well hung - and therefore have trouble with some sexual positions. I’m not a newbie- i’ve been a member for well over a year. I just never post. I know how strict this board is so all I ask is that I get one kind person to help me out. Any suggestions as to switchin’ up my routine to reach my goals previously mentioned?

P.S. I’ve been reading Luvdudas and ThunderSS, etc. posts for six hours straight. I still have questions. For the select few, including luvdudas and Thunder, thank you for your time and insight. I look forward to your future posts.

The warmup isn’t to get you hard, it is to prepare your dick for your exercises. I would reconsider a warmup and also, if you can, you might as well try and edge so you don’t blow your load right after your workout. It’s debatable whether you are hurting your possible gains by blowing the load, but it’s best not to. If you don’t you’ll probably keep a larger hang for a little longer after your workout.

Other than that it’s a great routine if you are mainly going for girth.

thanks ladida. I will start up some stretches. do you know of a good length exercise that i can throw in there? I’m at 5.25 midshaft and wish to be 6- so girth is Def. an important goal, but I also wish to gain some length.

You should gain some length with that routine as well, but if you throw in maybe a 5 minute morning and 5 minute night session of straight down stretches for a month it would help your length gains along. After the first month you might have to do some upwards stretches.
