The greatest problem I’ve always had with jelqing was/is the inability to maintain an erection. Once I’m at 90-100%, I can make it last for 10-15 (20 at the most, depending on my level of arousal) jelqs before the level of erection drops to a point where it is no longer a quality jelq. At that point, I have to stop, take a minute to regain the level of erection I want, and resume the jelqs only to repeat the process 10-15 jelqs later. Going through this, it takes about 40-45 minutes to do 150 wet jelqs. Anyway, could this consistent interuption negatively effect my PE progress? Anybody?

How long have you been doin em? I had the same issue before, with practice it gets easier to control erection level for a longer period before it dies off. Cialis and viagra keep me damn near 100% hard for the whole session, but that works against me too as I get better expansion and results at around 70% erect. I recommend trying cialis/viagra if you need any additional assistance.

Thus the recommendations that anything over 70% isn’t as effective. Jelqing at 100% erection won’t give the tunica the expansion it needs to grow and might lead to an injury.

90 - 100% for Jelqing?! Are you sure you want to be doing that?

While I’m doing high erection level wet jelqing as well, I’m not anywhere near 90% or 100% (all it did was to give me nasty haematomae -what’s this?- on the shaft which would last for three to four weeks - don’t repeat the mistakes of my early “advanced user” days, please).

As westla said, 70% is just about right. It has given me noticeable results so far, length- as well as girth-wise. Naturally, you won’t be able to maintain the exact same level of hardness for the whole of your routine, but that doesn’t really matter. For example, I’m doing three sets per day, each of which lasts between 15 and 20 minutes. Some of these minutes, you’re below 70%. Just continue with the set, you’ll almost automatically go back to the sweet spot. Others, you’re above (which is when you should stop to let the erection subside).

You know you’re doing it right when with every upward movement, you can watch your shaft expand and feel the trapped blood being pushed towards the glans. if you’re fully erect, everything is so rigid that no expansion takes place anymore.

Jelqing safely is jelqing smart. Enjoy!

When I’ve tried cialis with jelqing in the past, I seemed to have more girth response than length response. I wish I could contiuously jelq at 70-75% because I believe that to be the best erection level… for me, at least. However, if I did only allow myself to get to that level, it would take me twice as long to do my jelqing session because that erection level wouldn’t hardly last anytime at all. I am going to get some cialis and give it a try, again, with that. Here’s hoping.

The other alternative is to jelq while watching porn. It works for me.

Again, I’d like to point out that jelqing with less than 70% is not in vain at all. Thinking that in order to jelq “properly” you should have a 70% erection at all times leads you nowhere - it’s an unreachable ideal at best. There have been many sessions where I have been significantly below 70% and have still made good gains. Taking Cialis or any other ED drug will likely give you near-100% erections which are useless for any PE purpose.

It is more important to PE consistently and with the proper technique - when we’re talking about jelqing this means that you have some blood trapped in your CC before doing the upward movement. If you’re in doubt, “pump” your member a few times by contracting your BC muscle in order to get there. That’s at least how it has worked (and still does) for me.

I currently jelq at far lower erection level, but always kegeled - it pushes enough blood in. I practically do it New City style, almost flaccid, and with intent on stretching.

I kegel, make an inverse OK grip, but dont grip at once, but push it into fat pad, to reach as much into base as I can. Then, I grip really strong and move. I hardly can move more than 3 cm, the pressure in tunica is intense, and doesn’t allow to puch further. But you need a really good and strong grip and good lube.

My measurements aren’t very consistent, but seems that I have gained quite some mid- and upper-shaft girth on just 2 weeks. Not on base though, base always get only stretched. To work out base, you really need higher erection level, or Horse 440’s.

Ah, one more point - the drawback of low erection jelq, even kegeled one, is lower attainable perssure in CS. I have good head expansion, it really seems to have gotten bigger, but CS doesn’t seem to feel being really worked on. For that, you have to have a somewhat rigid tunica to compress CS against, probably 40-50% and kegeled.

For each his own guys. I was hangin’ with a 100% erection 10 years ago. Never had injury, and saw good gains. Today guys run scared when they hear that, however some people si talking now about the good possible results from it. Again, to each his own. Trial and error. Be safe, be careful. It was exactly the same in the early years of bodybuilding.

Right, less than that would be length work. More erect than that would be length plus girth.
