Anyone found a way to primarily focus on the CC’s?

I’m not able to answer the questions because I have still not gained such amout of girth, but concerning the initial issue, I think that if these assumptions about vaginal stimulation are true, it might be interesting a kind of mixture between these things. I mean that it’d be interesting a top-bottom growth but developed by means of hard tissue (CC).

In this sense, I think I have noticed that the C jelq (which is the kind of grip that I use in the 70% of my jelq session) might be increasing more the top-bottom width than the left-right width, and I think that this doesn’t happen through CS growth but CC’s. (by the way, it’d be the opposite of what I’m looking for…).
I suppose the kind of stress that this grip states in the upper and bottom sections of the tunica (instead of on the sides) could be responsible of that effect, but it is a good question for the most experienced PE’rs.

If it is true, I think it’d be interesting for the people that, like you, are looking for this kind of growth, because CS is much softer than CC and end up rather squashed during sex.

Yes, before it was not visible, but now I now I see it and can feel it while erect

2) What girth exercises have you used and gained most from?

Though I have only 2 months experience, I have gone from 4.92” to 5.63” using the newbie routine and my own uli#3, erect bends, and sadsak head exercise routine.

2) Do you make a point of kegeling while working on girth? Do you think this may have been associated with gains?

YES! I kegel during a set and inbetween sets, I mix up kegels with reverse kegels (which give me great expansion)

3) Is most of your girth work done while fully erect?

Mostly, yes.

4) Have you noted gains in your glans also?

Yes I have, it looks larger now

5) Has your CS grown uniformly? That is to say, is the base area of your CS thicker than the rest?

Yes it is thicker near the base and up to midshaft, near the head its not thicker.

Not entirely sure but I believe I have made gains all around.

2) What girth exercises have you used and gained most from?

I have done wet jelqed dry jelqed erect bends hung weights used an ADS clamped and done horse 440 squeezes. I think collectively they have all contributed some to a degree but to say one contributed more that another is difficult. Before I found these forums I even masturbated while hanging 30 lbs from a strap draped across the base of my penis and am not sure if this is responsible for my first half inch in length gains.

2) Do you make a point of kegeling while working on girth? Do you think this may have been associated with gains?

I do kegel but I do so as inconsistently as all my other PE once I do an exercise for several months I get bored and either give up for a while or switch exercises. But kegeling I believe is important for drawing in fresh blood and exercising the PC muscles keeping the penis healthy.

3) Is most of your girth work done while fully erect?

Lately I have taken up clamping so yes currently all my girth work is done fully erect but as for the jelq I do those at 50 to 75 %.

4) Have you noted gains in your glans also?

I do believe that my glans has made some improvement but It is one area that was never measured to start with so I don’t have any data on it. It was always a little on the large side any ways.

5) Has your CS grown uniformly? That is to say, is the base area of your CS thicker than the rest?

I am beginning to think that none of what I am adding to this post is of any use, but I believe that everything has been growing uniformly.

Yes, as well as in the corpora cavernosa.

2) What girth exercises have you used and gained most from?

I’d say Sadsak Slinkies combined with clamp exercises and Ulis. I try to to soothe the tunica, to render it more malleable, and then to expand the corpora cavernosa by squeezing with exercises like Ulis.

2) Do you make a point of kegeling while working on girth? Do you think this may have been associated with gains?

I don’t think regular kegeling and girth are directly related, but it’s better to have a well-toned PC muscle to kegel when you do girth exercises.

3) Is most of your girth work done while fully erect?

No; perhaps the half. My favourite routine for girth is:

-warm up (with hot water)

-5 min dry jelq.
-5 min jelq squeeze.
-5 min Uli (Uli#3) and Sadsak’s head exercise
-4x15 Sadsak Slinkies (15 in each direction), slowly (3 seconds go, 3 seconds return)

-15 Horse squeezes of at least 30 sec. each, with very little rest between them.
-15 min. clamping:
* 5 min. standard, normal clamping
* 5 min. clamped “over the counter”

* 5 min. extreme clamping (i.e., an Uli just squeezing the glans; I usually kegel constantly)

-some Uli (Uli#3) and Sadsak’s head exercise.

I usually finish wearing a not very tight cock ring for a couple of hours.
