It will be difficult because my english isn’t 100%. I undertand better than I write. From what I understand:

Applying heat (warm down) after PE session: penis turn really “spongy” and soft.
Applying low temperatures (cool down) after PE session: effects directly the “expanded collagen” from the workout.

Im my point of view cool down will “keep/stay” the stretch/expansion from the exercises we just did.
Heat will “spongy” it up and tends to shrink (turtle).

I’m already applying the cool down with a washcloth … and is pretty good so far.
Cooling down fixed the “afterwards turtling” I was feeling with the warm downs.

*My cool down is 2 minutes long using a washcloth and a recipient with water and ice. Same as warm up, except the temperature of the water.

Hmmm, I wonder if I’ve been doing it wrong (maybe again!) with my PEing.

As at the end of the stretching then jelqing, I would heat my penis for 10 minutes. The same method I would use for heating it at the beginning.

Now that I am on my first week of heating with an IR Lamp, I was heating to end my session for 10 minutes minimum, sometimes stretching and kegelling whilst I do this.

So now I need to ask, what do you recommend I do after my routine of stretching then jelqing? Should I just kegel, stretch or jelq for 10 minutes or more at room temperature or do some other method?

Cold is only essential if you think you have over-done the PE. Otherwise, just do whatever leaves you with the best hang afterwards - experiment.

What’s the general theory though? - Should the penis maintain the warmth after stretching and jelqing for a while, maybe 10 minutes? Or would it increase chances of gaining length if I were to let it gradually cool down right after stretching and jelqing?

I am wondering if this could work as part of a BM set. 2 warm, finish with a cool water. The stretch will remain as it cools, just like the OP has suggested.

The cool down chills inflammation down.
Some say ride the fatigue which means basicly keeping the inflammation up so the flesh doesnt heal in a stronger mesh but keeps holes open.
I think its hard to determine a definite answer espacially with people having different healing rythms.
Thats where the “tune intp yourself” part comes in with PE. If it feels good and you get better hang and can stretch your bpfsl further over time then its probably good what you do.
I tend to cool down.

Yes thats what I do and feels good to me. I sometimes use ICE water with crushed ice. Of course only for 2-4 minutes. The boidy reacts to this sometimes in giving me a huge hang and more erections. But soemtimes it feels like I was diving into snow with an erection. I guess it depends on the workout before.

Apply ice if you think you overdid it, otherwise the theory is find what works best to keep a long fat flaccid after the work out.

I have read these cool down and warm down theories. Since I started I used to warm down using warm towel after my PE. Since 4 days I used to cool down using cold towels for 3 minutes. I felt that warming down is better than cooling down. When I use cooling down.. I felt discomfort later on the day and felt that my hardness if affected later on. So I prefer warm down after my normal PE. I have plan to use cool down after length working day and warm down after girth working day. Any suggestions or observations.. Thanks

I haven’t had enough sessions with a icy cool down yet, just 3 so far, but, I will say that they have reduced any unwanted swelling I may have wound up with, especially on one of those pumps that pushed 50 minutes of tube time. I had some edema for sure but 15 minutes of a cool wrap helped, it passed in about 6 hours.

I get a washcloth pretty wet, ring it a bit, and then lay it in the freezer for 10 minutes. It gets very icy, and after I take the wrap off my cock after about 10-15 minutes, my cock stays very cold for about 45 minutes. No damage or any pain or worries, it just stays so cold! But once it “thaws” out, man I swear my post-pump swelling is better than when I used heat! I think the cold wrap works.. But more testing is required (back to the lab.)

However, gradually cooling down from heated state while stretched, before letting go of the stretch, is a much different idea.

I still think ice is problematic. I would think a radical temperature change would shock the tissues and not be of use. Whereas cooling down over a 2-3 minute period would be much better.

What do you mean by cool down over a period of 2-3 minutes? Like just letting your penis cool to room temperature?
