Well, this is my first official post. I suppose I’m classified as a “newbie”, but I think I have a novel idea that might make the hot wrap portion of routines easier.
Instead of messing with a sock full of rice or using a warm, wet washcloth, etc., I use a blow dryer. Yep, I just turn it on low and aim it at a safe distance (those things can get really hot!!). It works quite well for me. There’s no mess or the constant cooling of the warm washcloth…you don’t have to hop into the shower. Anyway, just an idea.

Convenient Alternative to "hot wrap"
I think a lot of people prefer a moist heat for its penetrative ability, your idea is a very good one i believe ,but could be enhanced by the use of a moist washcloth around the member.The advantage would be that you would’nt have to worry about constantly removing the wrap to reheat it.Very convenient.
OR, you could just do some low intensitiy (50% erect or less) jelqs for a few minutes first as a warm up. Gets the blood in there and stretches the tissues out without causing sudden trauma as you do when jumping right into an intense workout. Trust me on that the light jelqing works.
