Well, it is very slow and firm. Please also keep in mind that I jelq all the way over the head as well. Some folks stop right after the scar mark. I don’t I keep squeezing and pulling until it pops it head right out.

I have cut my blood pressure into 1/2 lately and boy did I have trouble keeping “Little Vinni” little this morning. It kept getting hard during jelqing. HMMMMM I guess that is a good thing……….

How hard are you when you jelq? (and yes I know it’s subjective).

I’ve been pushing the hardness level up quite and think the results are better. I have also tried going straight into a long edging sessions immediately after my jelqs and the result is a pumped up feel that lasts for a couple of days. What do yo think??

I jelq at all erection levels except 100%. I think I get a good workout that way. It just goes up and down the whole time. I like to add in the ULI squeezes and Uli stretches and Horse440s about ever 5 minutes or so.

Lately I’ve been experimenting with a new jelq. It’s starts just like a regular jelq except about every 1/4” I squeeze with the ok grip as hard as I can. Not for very long. Just a second or two. I do this all the way down and then resume regular jelqing. It makes it very plyable and easy to work with because it pushes some blood back up the unit. I do think however, that it is going to prove itself to be a good girth excercize.

This seems to make sense to me as I’m assuming that edging would achieve maximum expansion ready for jelqing. Is this your theory vincent?

Also, for how long do you edge before a jelq session?

Also, have you found that edging prior to jelqing has given you a better expansion during and after jelqing? I return to my regular hang around 10 mins after jelqing which I think is something that is preventing any gains.

No, my dick was always pretty plyable. It is a bit more elastic after edging but not a huge difference. It does the same thing if I do ULI squeezes and Horse440s during my jelqing sessions as well. It feels more workable.

Vinny, you mention a phenomenon I encounter when edging. When I edge and kegel to failure, the elasticity is increased tremendously. I take advantage of this by bending and shaping what I think are limiting factors to growth along my shaft. The blood flow is increased dramatically past a normal 100% erection, but pliable, hence I don’t feel I’m doing anything dangerous, just advanced. What say you?
And yes, it is very hard to explain, you can say that again.

I have been doing the same kind of thing! I bend it a bit and I also squeeze the shit out of it with my finger tips. I think this does force it to move in directions and areas it normally would not. However, with it being so elastic feeling, it does not seem to do any damage. But the wierd thing is that it is big, like a giant boner and yet not rock hard. It not only feels this way after edging, I also attribute this to the ULIs and Horse440s that I take a break and do now and then.

Sounds a bit like what I do to my “inner” penis. When I am rock hard from jelqing or edging I follow my dick down with my fingers pulling it down and away from my body. I can get my fingers right round it (apart from the 2 layers of skin of course) almost as far as my anus. I bend it as much as I can and squeeze very hard, with the idea of giving that part of my penis the same exercise as the outer part.

Certainly when you are edging or ballooning and do this, the whole shaft - inner and outer - feels like one, and so I conclude the whole lot should be exercised, even though the inner bit is clearly much more difficult to get at. Thoughts anyone?

I like to grab my inner penis and move it around when stretching.
