Well I just reached one of my goals, that being 8” BPEL, although Im still stuck at 5.3” girth which is fine since I havnt been trying too hard at that.

Anyways, as I reached my first goal and saw my penis grow in over an inch in length I began to get concerned. Does anyone on this board really know the anatomy of the penis and its growth through stretching/hanging enough to know for sure that we are not causing long term damage to our friend down there? My main concern is that I am only 20 and I want to have kids someday and I recently have become concerned that in the process of stretching hte tunica and ligaments, I am also stretching and possibly damaging other tubes and organs. Does the issue of sterility ever enter the minds of anyone here? I tried doing a search on this issue but didnt find the direct answers I was looking for.

I feel that I am making good progress and recently got a good lig pop and overcame a plateau so I don’t want to stop but now that Ive reached one of my goals, I am considering stopping before I do damage (if I havnt already). Anyways, I would greatly appreciate advice, feedback, anything to ease my concerns. Or if I have valid concerns, any suggestions concerning anything about my future PEing. This may just be paranoia, I dont know. This board has provided me with enormous levels of information, support, and feedback. I know I dont post here that often but I do check these boards regularly and I do respect the advice and knowledge you good folks have. I just would like some good feedback now with respect to my future PEing and what I should do cause these are serious concerns especially since I have the best girlfriend in the whole wide world right now that I intend on keeping. I understand your concern, I had the same feelings back in 99-2000’. But I’ve been in the PE game for more than 4yrs and haven’t had an issue yet.

Although I am completely sterile, but that’s because I had a vasectomy.

The only worry you need to have about PE is overdoing any exercise and causing tissue damage. From what you say, you do exercise sensibly and haven’t had any problem with that so you do know what you’re doing.

Your reproductive system is in no way affected by manual PE or for that matter by hanging or pumping.

Just stay away from any heavy work on your testicles. Even heat applied there will reduce your sperm count.

Thanks for replying. So in other words, any damage, if done, is done to the sperm only and not the organs correct? I forgot to mention why I became concerned. I started becoming concerned when I began to ask where the extra “stuff” is coming from. I know I probably have the whole anatomy messed up in my head but I thought that along with the ligs and tunica being pulled out, so were the essential tubes that bring the semen and other fluids to the penis. Where is this extra tubing coming from unless its being stretched as well, and if its being stretched, is that ok and safe. Or do I have this picture all messed up? I just figured that if the penis is longer, then the tubes also have to get longer and if they are longer, then how and why and is there damage? I know I probably sound very paranoid to you all and I dont know why this is bothering me now and not 5 months ago when I started.

Does anyone know of anyone who has successfully had kids after doing PE?

I know I probably sound like a nut case, sorry about that.

Thanks for the replies though, I appreciate it. I am careful in terms of tissue damage which I dont think there has been any. The only “negative” effect I have seen are a couple of thrombosed veins, one on each side of the penis. They come and go actually, sometimes they’re more pronounced and other times I cant see them at all. Over time they get better and better so its all good I think.

I wonder if there are guys that had MORE kids after successful PE.

The “tubes” are skin, they stretch just like the rest of the penis. If there was an issue you probably wouldn’t be able to urinate either.

Sperm “damage” usually comes from excess heat. And it’s temporary. Everything else, including all the plumbing, shouldn’t be adversely effected by PE. As Sean said, as the major structures of the penis grow, so do the tubes. The vas deferens, which carry the sperm from the testes are not involved in PE. Only the urethra and it grows along with the rest.

It’s been close to 4 years for me and all sorts of torture for my dick and so far it has only made my dick stronger and more healthy, it may not be a muscle but it responds like with one, it gets stronger with more work. The thing you have to watch is taking it to far with any extreme exercises.

Thanks guys I appreciate it. I know there are a lot of smart people on this board who know what they’re talking about so I only needed a little reassurance I wasn’t causing unknown damage. I’d feel 100% better if someone came on here and said “I PE’d for 3 years and I still got my wife pregnant” but this will do just fine :)

Quick other question… has anyone here heard of anyone bursting a vein, more specifically a thrombosed vein? Sometimes, when I am doing intense jelqing, that vein gets so thick, large, and engorged, and sometimes sore that I feel it could do something nasty but I’ve never heard of a vein bursting. Just curiosity really…

Hopefully I can achieve 8” NBPEL and 6” EG by the beginning of this summer. Right now I am at around 7.1” NBPEL, 8” BPEL (Yea, Im a skinny guy)

You’re talking about three different things here. Seeing your veins get thicker, larger or engorged, especially while doing PE work, is normal. A lot of guys end up with more prominent veins from doing this and most of them like the look.

Thrombosis occurs when the blood cannot leave the vein for extended periods and clots. Or when the vein lining becomes inflamed and blood isn’t able to pass through. You have to be doing something (or using a device such as a cable clamp) that prevents blood from leaving the penis for a long time. Thromboses usually don’t develop from normal manual workouts.

Bursting a vein is pretty hard to do unless you have some device like a cable clamp on and put an extreme amount of pressure on the vein. You’d know it because you’d have a purple penis. As long as you’re doing regular manual work, there should be a problem with this either.

wuskript, there is a 100% proof positive way for you to keep updated and to keep a track record of whether PE is hindering your ability to have offspring. Go to a doctor and get your sperm tested (volume, mobility, etc.). I’ve never personally done this, but I’d figure the doctor would come back and go over the numbers with you to fill you in on everything.
