Hi

I just had 7month of from this and am now looking to start.. I want only want to shoot for girth at the moment.

What exercises should I aim for? I have done some clamping before..

Can someone give me a good routine?

Well, my advice is to start again with the newbie routine. 7 months is a very long deconditioning break.

Then gradually increase the intensity and duration of your exercise. Also, incorporate horses and uli’s; jelq with a higher erection, but not full.
Oh and you may try dry jelqing, to me it feels more intense then wet, and like it targets girth more.

I don’t want to work the length, only girth.. Should I do a clamp, uli and horses routine?

Jelqing isn’t my favorite.. I usually do some jelqing in between sets.

Jelqing is a great exercise for penile health. So if you are considering advanced girth exercises, don’t be foolish to stop jelqing.

You can’t go right into high pressure exercises. You are a newbie again and have to condition yourself with the newbie routine. If you don’t, you are asking for injuries.

Can I replace the stretching with a girth routine though?

Which part of the above advice wasn’t clear? You are a newbie again. Everyone is just trying to help you. You need to condition your penis again for a few months before you move on the hard core girth exercises. We’re just giving you advice so you don’t injure your self.

If you want to ignore that advice and do your own thing, no one will point you in the wrong direction, you’ll have to find it yourself.

Whats with the attitude? I don’t see how stretching is gonna help me condition for girth.. I don’t want it to get longer. My dick will get longer if I stretch, which part of that isn’t clear to you?

Just out of interest, have you lost any gains you made before your break (presuming you made any, and if you didnt make initial gains, did you see any improvement during your break?)

I shouldn’t have said routine, sorry. I meant exercise. Can I switch the stretching exercise in the newbie routine to a exercise more suitable for girth? What exercise would be appropriate? Clamping would obviously be too much too fast.

Beenie169, I actually haven’t measured my cock since I quit PE 6 months ago, (or more). I should measure again to see if I have lost anything.

Welcome back. I’m in a similar boat. I’m back to PE this week after almost a year off, and like you am focused mainly on girth.

Now I will second kingdingaling’s advice to ease back in, I certainly am going to. But I am not going to go back to the newbie routine for several months. Not because I’m in a rush for gains, I know full well that this is a marathon not a sprint.

The reason I don’t feel it’s necessary to go back to the newbie routine for months is that while I haven’t done a full on PE routine in the last year, I’ve certainly kept my dick conditioned to some extent. Once you’ve discovered this stuff you never just stop. I did semi-regularly do a bit of jelqing in the shower and I’d throw some Uli’s in while masturbating. Hell, I just might have thrown a clamp on once or twice in the last year.

So while I definitely realize I need to ease back in, my dick is not a newbie dick. More importantly, my awareness of my dick and what it is going through and can handle is not the awareness of a newbie. That knowledge never goes away and is one of the huge benefits of PE, in my opinion.

So I’m not gonna slap on 3 cable clamps at a time for 2 hours a day…at least not this week :) but I’m certainly going to ramp up to harder exercises more rapidly than I did my first go ‘round.

That being said, that’s my planned course of action…dingaling’s advice is of course sound and prudent. Good luck and stay safe. Better a below average working dick than a monster that won’t get hard, right?

I agree with what your saying jay w, where as you’ve done some sort of PE while you were away I.e. The jelqing in the shower, some uli’s and a bit of clamping, Smonk hasn’t said anything about doing any exercises in the 7 months when he was away.

But my key point is that I think the awareness we have of our penises after serious experience with PE allows us to ramp more rapidly than true newbies. My exercises in my break were very very infrequent and of short duration, but I’m still comfortable going back to my “normal” routine after only a couple of weeks warm-up. To be honest I think I could handle anything except hanging right now. But the risk/reward relationship mandates taking it slowly for now.

When I said that I *might* have thrown a clamp on I honestly don’t remember clamping. But I have like a half dozen of those things lying around the house, and I can’t imagine that it’s been a full year without doing it. :)

Now just to be clear, my intentions to ramp up more rapidly are my opinions only and not to be construed as advice to anyone else coming back after a break. I know what my dick can take, I’ve got no clue about anyone else’s.
