Comfortable Fatigue Level
I keep having trouble finding that point at which “enough is enough.” Before my most recent bout of overtraining, I was doing V-Stretches for about 20-25 minutes a day, 5x a week. It would take me about 4 or 5 days to reach the fatigued state, but then I would push too hard and sometimes pull too much on extremely fatigued fibers, eventually leading to a limp dick.
So, here’s my question. Once I’m in the fatigued state is the idea to keep my penis elongated (ADS) and let it heal that way or should I draw out the fatigue period as long as possible…maybe even attempting to work through it or at least into it a bit?
