This may be something that people are doing in the natural course of PE but I’ve haven’t seen it described. I’ve gotten a measurable increase in girth from doing it.
Mostly or completely erect, grip at base and lock in blood, other hand grips below head. Pull forward with both hands while squeezing with top hand and rotating the base hand back and forth to shift lig stress.
Variation: do all of the above with everything on a handy surface and push down with bodyweight while you squeeze(pulling back with hips increases the stretch here).
It kind of combines erect stretching, squeezes, Uli’s and Pan squeezes.
All the usual precautions apply for big increases in internal pressure.
