Combining pumping/jelq with ads

OK so I’ve done the newbie routine (admittedly a bit erratically for privacy and injury reasons) with no results. I feel its time to throw something into the mix.

I want to know if anyone had tried combining something like avocets’ pumping routine with wearing an ADS (thinking vac extender 2 here)

If anyone has tried this what results did you get? What kind of routine did you follow - days off etc, and is there a big risk of overtrainng with this idea?

What do you think guys?

I’ve done the pump/jelq combo and I find it to be great. However, there’s something about adding in an ADS that, FOR ME, doesn’t seem to quite work. It’s as though I’m not really getting enough recovery. Of course, I wasn’t taking much time off from wearing an ADS, so I never gave myself that much rest. I was surprised by this since I was using the static wrap.

I think the reccommended advice of going for length first works well. I’d do some light jelqing just for some blood flow and then add in the stretcher and work that for a while. When you’re happy with length and have cemented those gains, then you could concentrate on pumping and jelqing to add girth and a little more length, as well.

Anyway, just my thoughts…
