Combining pumping/jelq with ads
OK so I’ve done the newbie routine (admittedly a bit erratically for privacy and injury reasons) with no results. I feel its time to throw something into the mix.
I want to know if anyone had tried combining something like avocets’ pumping routine with wearing an ADS (thinking vac extender 2 here)
If anyone has tried this what results did you get? What kind of routine did you follow - days off etc, and is there a big risk of overtrainng with this idea?
What do you think guys?
