When I wear my vacextender I can’t wear it for more than 10 mins at a time because my dick gets cold. When I wear my ball ringer kit my balls also get a little cold, I usually just massage my balls while keeping the brk on. Is this safe? Anything I can do for the vacextender? Some people keep the BRK on all night is this safe?

No it is not safe, sounds like you are losing circulation. I think you are getting over zealous about PE. I hope you don’t end up on the injury list. I’m not vac extender expert. Hopefully one will come along and fill you in on the ends and outs of vac extender safety

What about the BRK?

The same goes for the ‘BRK’ if you are stopping circulation It’s not good for you. If you must use them then cut the time down to just before things start to go cold. warm them up and have another go etc.

You really have to ‘cut the cloth to your measurements’

If the time to cooling is very short then ADS is not for you. But you may perhaps need to do some stretching only exercises to improve the circulation. Then try the ADS again.

You could try less tension of course.

Damn, no biggie about the extender, but I was looking forward to wearing the BRK at night.
