Hey Guys,just curious, for the guys that use cock rings, what is the proper way to measure for them?

Is is best to use a cock and ball ring or just a cock ring? Are the metal ones the best? Do you have to remove it to ejaculate, or can they be left on? How long are they OK to leave on……
