I hear its a good idea to use a ring after a girth workout. Any suggestions on a good ring and also how long should it be worn after a girh workout.

thanks, just placed my order on the wrap. Now how would you recommend i use this product in addition to my ring of power? i dont know if any of you are using that but im makin mine this weekend and i plan on wearing that a lot to. So should i use this wrap perhaps right after a girth workout for a while then put the ring on?

I don’t know what a “ring of power” is. If it is a shaft-only ring and made of someth solid material, my guess is that wearing both would be counter-productive, the ring cutting off circulation whereas the TheraP wrap allows it. You need a good flow of oxygenated blood coming in to hear your micro-tears after your workout.

All the TheraP wrap does is hold some post workout engorgement while allowing oxygenation to occur in tissues.

the ring of power is like the ball zinger or blakoe ring, some people on another forum call it the ring of power (mens-health or mos). I dont know if you have tried it or not but many claim it increases your loads as well as helps in healing, blood flow, and circulation after a workout. So if you know about this ring, how would you recommend I use the wrap in addition to this. Most people say they wear their ring almost 24/7.

I still don’t know what the ring-of-power contraption is but if it contains metals, keep in mind that the TheraP wrist wrap is magnetized - 7 of them, I think - so you might get some unwanted interferance using both. Be real cautious.

I bought a small dog collar from target, works really well and very adjustable. I tried the thera-p wrap but found that it was too wide. Just wanted to add my 00.02.
