Sometimes the difference between gains and no gains may just be a slight adjustment, like 50 jelques! Especially if you are close to the growth zone, but slightly too little or too much.

Cock hangs lower when it is more relaxed, and usually fluffier. That combined with improved EQ are great indicators. Erections all day indicate very high EQ.

Do yourself a favor and measure your bpfsl daily. When you notice growth, make a note of your EQ level on a 1-10 scale. If you find you make gains when you are at 9, then that will help you in the future. You will know that you need to get EQ at about 9 and you have your best chance of gains.

Bpfsl will indicate if you are gaining, or if its short for the day, like 1/8 to 1/4 inch short, take time off until it returns to your normal max length, THEN do your PE routine.

For most guys, increases of bpfsl will translate into about 50% of it into bpel, some more, some less.
