Well unfortunately I doesn’t have clamping cables so I clamped with my thumb and finger for 10 minutes + jelqing 3 sessions per day is that fine? Did anybody gained permanent results from clamping ?

Been squeezing and clamping with bare hands, nothing to complain about it. To be honest, I prefer my hands than cable clamps. Hands will always be more accurate than any device (safest too: grip, pressure and release-wise).

The downside is for longer sessions, hands and fingers could get really tired.

But did you got permanent results from that?

Just temporary after session.

Did you searched “clamping” already?

Although I have done 2 light clamping sessions despite only being 2 months into my current PE journey (I PE’d for about 5 months a few years ago), I would hold off on clamping until your penis is well conditioned.


Started (4/21/16): BPEL- 6" EG - 5.5"

Current (10/8/16): BPEL - 6.625" EG- 5.5"

Goal: BPEL: 8.5" EG: 6.5"
