What do you guys think about jelqing for length (low intensity) in between clamping sets?

Lilpeewee and wantsgains34: Lesser erections do happen in the clamp. I am not an experienced clamper but know that many factors affect erections clamped or unclamped. No one has answered you directly on this thread because it is something that we as men don’t like to talk about. If lesser erections happen in the clamp, it may be due to overtraining, poor arousal, your emotional state at the time (stress), nerve involvement from a too tight clamp, clamping too loose, and probably other reasons too. Probably most clampers experience this from time to time. I do.

I would think that if lesser erections happen, you should think through your situation and the possible causes and take a break. See it as maybe striking out in that session but develop an attitude that you are going to knock the ball out of the park your next time up to bat. I hope this helps. Don’t obsess over the lesser erection by all means. Just take a break maybe for a day or two and hit it again with an attitude of hitting a home run.

It’s best to do either stretches with jelqs, OR clamping - but not all three combined as it’s asking a lot of your unit, as you have already noticed.

I find that when I’m clamped my erection quality can vary on occasion - this is usually because I find myself thinking about work/finances/mother-in-law visiting/etc. All these things can effect my EQ but I don’t take it as a sign of over training or a dysfunctional erection. I simply identify that my mind has wandered and that I need to refocus on the job in hand.

While I agree that there may be physiological causes, I am simply saying that you may also want to consider your focus whilst clamping, particularly when edging.

Personally I would try to avoid that. I think it might be little dangerous since there is a lot of pressure involved.
