I can’t get no where near the pressure clamping as compared to manual exercise. So I don’t see how I would gain.

Or will I gain anyway?
Am I doing something wrong?

Yeah I get expansion, but not as much.

Today I jelqed up while clamped and got the biggest ever, like 6.75 +, in girth post workout.

Have you tried clamping, then loosening for a second while kegel in blood, quickly clamping again? Doing this a few times usually gives me all the pressure I want. You use your kegel muscles to hold in the blood while loosening clamp and then push in blood, then clamp again. It’s like making a one-way valve. Also you might experiment with different wraps.
