Clamping

Some people say that clamping can stop your length gains, what is the thoery behind this.

Also, what are some ideas to prevent discolouration?

Avoid what “some people say” and concentrate on what most people say.

To avoid discoloration, go at any PE exercise in a sensible way. If your cock feels highly stressed doing Anything, it probably is stressed and the results will show up later.

So what is your personal opinion on clamping sunting length growth?

Also, do you still maintain the same hardness of your erections when you are doing clamping routines as part of PE, cause I don’t want to loose my hard erections because of clamping.

Is the area where the cable clamp is on ment to hurt a little bit?

No it isn’t supposed to hurt, you wrap the area to stop the pinch of skin. If you feel any other pain then STOP, ease up a little. Either youre not ready for clamping or youre clamping too hard too early.

Erection hardness hasnt changed for me, except immediately aftetr a clamping session. I get a sustained erection after 3 or more sets but if I let it subside then start again my penis feels a little fatigued and erections are a little more difficult (not impossible though) But overall erection quality is slightly better in the sense that I know my penis more to get one in any situation, though I have been doing a few kegels here and there which may help.

I don’t know about long term length being stunted, but I have found that I’ve been able to increase length from clamping more so than from most other exercises (when clamping is combined with a good stretch routine - before and after a session)

Ah so I am not the only one? I seem to get longer (as well as fatter) but have only been doing mainly “light” stretches coupled with 3 15min sets of clamping.

I don’t know why people mess with clamps, A simple shoe string works better IMO. Tie it in a bow, like you would your shoe lace, it’s easily removable and is great for jelqing. I’ve gone from 4.75 girth to just over 6 using just a string.

Because clamps a easily, visibly more adjustable in stages to me. Shoestrings or anything similar are to uncertain for me.
