I start by building up to rock hard, letting it ‘relax’, getting rock hard again etc.. I can only speak for my method, and it works for me. Other people do it differently and say it works for them. You have to read lots on clamping here then try different approaches to find what works for you.

I prefer to start clamping while limp. I can position the clamp comfortably while I begin to swell. It also allows me to get the clamp as close to the pelvic bone as possible. It will get hard by itself, but I like the use of my partner. Once it gets swollen, a bulb forms at the base of your penis, at that point if you force the clamp to the pelvic bone, the bulb will slam it against the pelvic bone and you are set, it is almost hidden in the fat pad. I weigh 148 so I have hardly no fat pad, but I can feel that clamp pushing up againt my pelvic bone. The penis is as hard as a steel pipe. I have always said that when it get that hard, care has to be taken, because I believe a penis can possibly break in half.

This is the easiest method that I have found as well.

I’ve wondered how many other people have noticed this “bulb.” I don’t really see it mentioned when people discuss clamping but without it I would have a very hard time keeping clamped.

Once I push the clamp past the “bulb,” as long as I’m sufficiently erect, I can keep the clamp in place with full erection and no stimulation for several minutes.

OK guys thanks for help.. Ell read up on clamping and try to find what works for me.. I’m okay with my size.. It’s average.. But I would LOVE it to get thicker and rock hard.! Sadly I’m on avodart against hair loss.. Well I don’t think it’s affecting me negatively.. Not much.. Maybe not at all.. But who knows?? Well Ill just PE as much as I can.! Would you prefer doing kegels ED or take a break sometime? Cause the muscle must need some breaks sometimes like other muscles trained or what?

I think you are there. keep going, it has worked for me and at that point you can gain in length if you continue to force the clamp towards your pelvic bone even if it can go no longer. keep pressing down while clamping, you will see your glands swelling. Keep forcing it to the bone and soon you will have a big bone.

Nissen, yes, you should take days off fom PE and kegels.
