I have recently starting clamping for 2 times 5 minute sets.

I get fully erect and wrap with a small piece of sock and then do the clamp up leaving 1 click, kegel in some more blood and then do it up completely.

I stay hard for about 3 minutes and then gradually lose my erection. I am guessing this is a bad thing for gains?

when I take the clamp off and stimulate myself I get erect again but gradually lose it while clampled even when I try to stimulate myself.

I am 5.25” in girth by the way.

Hi solar. I bought in USA many cable clamp.. But it’s impossible for me use it for the same yours reason!!
Only think about an erection for working on, and I lose it.
I’m sad because I don’t know how everybody can use the clamp method.

Don’t panic guys!

So long as your dick is engorged it’s not a problem to lose your erection. Try to ratchet up the clicks of the clamp and kegel as you do so. Once tight and fully erect you should be able to maintain the erction if you give it your full attention (hehe) but if it dies away midclamp just leave it on for the full 10 minutes..
