I have recently starting clamping for 2 times 5 minute sets.
I get fully erect and wrap with a small piece of sock and then do the clamp up leaving 1 click, kegel in some more blood and then do it up completely.
I stay hard for about 3 minutes and then gradually lose my erection. I am guessing this is a bad thing for gains?
when I take the clamp off and stimulate myself I get erect again but gradually lose it while clampled even when I try to stimulate myself.
I am 5.25” in girth by the way.
