Clamping - what is the average rate of gain?

Do we have some kind of poll for those who have clamped and gained and those who did not? Should there be one?

Also, is there anyone who has gained at anywhere near the rate that Bird2 did? I know Drilla’s gains were about .5 in 5 months.

Drilla, did you see much week to week gain with your clamping routine? Or did it just sort of materialize in 1/8” gains every month?

So far I haven’t gained that much with clamping although I noticed that clamping has rounded out my shaft better making it almost the same girth all over.

Take a careful look: You’ve got 5 gainers and 3 no gains.

One thing I see most are not trying is heat, but not to much gentilmen as you can easily over do the heat and get big time fluid build ups.

One of the things that can fake out a gain is fluid build up. I get that at about the 5th session and beyond.

Before you try the 2nd clamp thing take a look at the Review Forum on clamping. There you’ll find more sessions in a shorter time period.

I managed my 0.75” gains from clamping alone quite early on, in about 5-6 months. I’d suggest it materialised quickly upon beginning and then gained at a slower but consistent rate after the first 2 months.

How much expansion did you experience while clamping moderately Drilla?

I usually experience a solid 0.5” expansion in the clamp, which I have done ever since I began. So when I first started clamping: 5.75” out, 6.25” in. As I gained gradually it would go from 6.0” out, 6.5” in and so on…

Been clamping about 4 months, 45-60 minutes PER day, and ‘some’ gains at the base (but alot of discoloration)!

I just recently started using three clamps to really turn up the heat. But so far its pretty discouraging stuff.


7.75 BPEL, 5 in. Mid-shaft, 5.5 in. Base

6.9 NBPEL

8.25 BPSFL

It seems to me that the whole clamping thing is completely overrated. I reckon there must be a load of members here who own shares in CableClamp and are trying to increase sales!

So can anyone tell me a tried-and-tested girth gaining routine that doesn’t involve clamping? Does pumping really work or is it just another time-waster? I’ve been at this for years now and haven’t gained more than 0.25” in girth, and even those gains were so long ago now that I’m beginning to doubt my memory! HELP.

I’ve been clamping for 1.5 months, and haven’t gained much (maybe 0.15 inches so not too bad i suppose). I’m sticking with it though because it has made it more rounded overall, and has increased my erection density. Even a 0.1” increase per month is not bad if I can get that for 5 months or a year. Have a feeling my gains might halt for a while though. My routine is 3 x 15 min sets 3 days a week.

I recently gained 1/4 inch in about 2 weeks. with a routine of extreme clamping everyday, 3 x 15. no rest days.

I said the majority hasn’t gained MUCH. The majority here haven’t gained over a quarter of an inch, and it seems that many are slightly disappointed in their gains. There’s an issue that complicates things even more, the people that have gained slightly could easily be in a constant state of slight fluid build-up.

I won’t personally debunk clamping until I’ve clamped for exactly a year, and fail to gain 1/2inch. If I do fail I’ll be greatly saddened, for P.E’s biggest hope for girth doesn’t work.

Thanks for the info on heat. I’ve gone crazy with the rice sock during clamping, I’m now definitely positive I’ve been using too much heat. I think discoloration has a lot to do with fluid build-up also.

I’ve gained about half an inch in about 3 months - very happy with the progress. I think, the trick is to expand past the point of comfort; as with stretching for length, girth comes from going above and beyond your maximum expansion.

You are shocking your dick when you put a clamp on it; everytime you clamp, your dick goes into emergency mode, and does what it can to bring everything back to normal. To make some gains, convince your dick that normal is a little bit bigger than what you started your clamping session with. If you are 5 inches, 5.25 when clamped, make your dick think, “phew, I’m back down to 5.1 inches.”

It’s weird, I know, but it’s the way I think, and I’ve seen gains.

I used clamping routines for a month and gained about 1/8th, but after 4 months of ‘PE rest’ it’s returned to normal. But then again, this probably is with bodybuilding (If you don’t use it you lose it)
