Clamping Vs Jelqing

After clamping is Jelqing redundant? Like if I were to Jelq then clamp. Because I’m am engorging more with the clamp.

Same if I switched up the order clamp then Jelq. Because I already engorged to the max with clamping will Jelqing actually do anything?

When I used to clamp I would always finish with jelqs. It was my way of helping to get fresh blood back into the tissue as well as reinforce the clamping session.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I just started clamping and incorporated it into my jelqing routine.

Basically I jelq (I don’t know how you jelq, but I jelq by: (1) get semi-hard (2) clamp at base with hands (3) try to kegel and increase blood volume in penis until it is near erect girth, all while where I am gripping does not get hard as if I am erect (4) slowly move my grip up about half-way, but not along the skin, to expand the volume)

After about 5-10 minutes of jelqing I clamp for ~10 mins. Then take the clamp off then repeat.

I actually measured my girth while I was clamping today and after each cycle the girth while in the clamped state got larger than before by ~1/8”, I only clamped 3 times so my girth got ~3/8” larger than when I started the exercises.

I view it as the jelqing expands the penis to a new limit, then the clamping keeps it at this new limit for an extended time (thus, in my opinion, helping to stretch the tunica albugenia to the new limit). Then when I jelq again, the stretch limit increases a bit, and clamping helps expand it again.

Maybe I a clamping wrong, but my girth never really gets that much larger from just clamping.. Although I have only been doing it for a few days

Oh nice, I’ve been clamping for 15 days 1 on 1 off. I’m not going to measure for 3 months. So I’m at 5-5.1 MEG, we’ll see how I gain. Also I’m cut so I can’t really dry Jelq well so I clamp then wet Jelq after.

If I Jelq first I just get a slippery and the clamps get messy.

Second this.

I don’t know why people who are going after girth gains don’t measure every day (or at least every few days). I feel that your girth size changes depending on the time of day, temperature, mood, etc. So it’s rarely consistent and probably ranges (+/-) 1/16 to 1/8”.

I weigh myself every morning to see if I’m losing weight and sometimes I weigh 190 lbs, and other days I weigh 194 lbs. However as long as I see a trend in weight loss and a new lower weight every so often, then I know I’m losing weight. I take the same approach as to looking at my girth gains, as long as I see a trend increasing, then I know what I am doing is working. Rather than doing it for X months only to realize I didn’t accomplish anything, and thinking I should’ve done something differently instead. However, I do understand some people have a hard time gaining regardless of what they do.

This is a true statement. Actually, from what I ‘ve read and heard a penis can change its size many times a day.

For that reason exactly I don’t measure everyday, or weight every day.

Except if I want to keep a very detailed chart of my progress, but even if I do, why not measure every, say, 2-3 hours a day. I mean, it clearly serves my purpose better. Perhaps, I ‘ll know that I am actually bigger from 8-11 o clock, thinner from 11-14 etc.

No offense but I find it pointless.

Even when I am on a diet I don’t weigh every day.

This is a question I spent years researching. Clamping is superior in several ways, but mainly due to the surface tension that the clamp produces on the tissues. The surface tension is very similar to people experiencing prolonged priapism, which often results in overall enlargement. Jelqing is the primary cause of my poor EQ due to an injury while exercising. For this reason and its effectiveness, light jelging is good for recovering in between clamping sets to get the fresh blood in. If you want to clamp, use a 1 inch wide piece of pipe insulation, the kind you can find a home goods store and use that to be the liner between the clamp and your skin. Make sure it is either the seamless style or one that sticks end to end to make a solid one piece. Very comfortable. If you use the largest size pipe insulation, the outer diameter of the foam is the same as the inner diameter of the clamp and will slowly squish as you expand in the clamp. I went from 5” to 6” girth in months using clamping while fully erect, with the pressure just enough to feel like the tissues were stressed like a balloon. Check out my progress pic’ll see what I mean. To determine if the tissues are stressed properly, feel the sides of your penis. In my experience, if the sides feel like they are like shredded wheat or lots of tiny bumps, you have stressed the tissue enough. If the tissues are smooth, the tunica is not being stressed to its limit.
