It seems that pretty much the standard clamping routine for people going for girth is 3-4 sets of 10-15 minutes. In other words, the good majority of people are doing about the same thing — less than an hour a day of clamping.
What I’m wondering is what happens when people try to do more. For example, what happens when people double the volume of clamping work by doubling time, keeping intensity same? Anyone have experience with this?
