Hi,

I have been doing vaccum pumping on and off from 10 months. It often gives donut effect at my penis, yesterday I have just started clamping by using “Cable Clamp”. Just erecting my penis and pushing blood in it by kegels for 5 minutes that all at the moment. After that I have noticed a donut effect just like the same in case of pumping and also my unit looks as a base ball bat shapped either by pumping or by clamping.

My Questions:
1. So I want to know that what is the differnce in both only the process, but ulimate or the final result is the same?
2. Actually I want to make by base girth THICK, So that what can I do now?
3. How Clamp or Pumps help me to attain by objective?

How long do you pump?

Water or air pumping?

Any manual exercises between pumping?

Heat is the key!

Pump for about 15 to 20 minutes. It is an air vaccum pump….In the morning I do, 5 minutes warm wrap, 5-7 min streching, 20 Min Jelq, During Jelq I do warm wraps, from yesterday I started clamping for 5 Mins, then 50 kegels and in the evening I do pumping on alternative days. Please guide me as per my above questions,? Thanks a lot.

Apply pressure where you want increase. Carefully use your hands to assist clamp in blood trapping in base area.

I am gaining disproportionately in the head and end area. Overall this is incredible, I’m thicker and my dick is starting to take up some space, and not tapering either but
more thick and meaty throughout. Not quite baseball effect, which uncountered pumping can lead to. Your dick wants to be even, just mold it by clever use of your hands, ulis, kegals, slow squash jelqs, and a clamp that is not an iron ring of terror. I’m thinking a light cloth. Be careful man! Good gaining.

I think it’s best to avoid the donut effect if you can. The more often it happens, the more easily it happens. Try more shorter sets in the pump. You shouldn’t get a donut from just 5 minutes clamping, but if it is used to getting donuts from pumping that would explain it.

1. Why do they say pumping is not permanent but clamping is? is an interesting thread. I do both and aim for the same results from both.

2. Hanging is the best way to thicken up your base.

3. Pumping and clamping will both help with girth. Pumping will also help with length; I have also gotten length gains from clamping. But if you really want base girth, try hanging. Don’t expect instant results, but stick with it and it will help.

Thanks Devotion9 and firegoat, But what is the use of Clamping as this exercise is quite dangerous as the same results can be achieved by pumping? I want my dicks girth at the base. If I use clamp at the base and then press penis from the head side, Does it increase the base girth as the pressure is building up from the glan (head) towards the base? What you suggest?

Some poeple prefer clamping, some prefer pumping. For many, it’s impossible to hide a pump from others in the house, so clamping is a good option. If you really want to concentrate on base girth, I do suggest hanging. You can try the squeezing, but you are creating very high pressures and increasing the risk.

Donut is not “harmful” or permanent.

I get donuts when I use too high a pressure.

What pressure are you using, because vets here say stick with 3 to 5hg if you are wanting to enlarge your penis permanently.

Some people do well with clamping, others dont. Clamping destroys my EQ. I think it is easy to injure your penis with clamping. I think pumping is much safer.

My base girth really blew up from pumping, taht is the first place I saw girth gains.

Dear Firegoat, I think hanging gives advantages to the length of the penis instead of girth. What u say?

‘You’ not ‘u’ please. Hanging gives both length and base girth gains.
