There seems to be different opinions about clamping, do I’d like to get some updated opinions as I would say.

1. Should you use 1 clamps or 2 ? Quote from Big Girtha “by using two clamps you are engorging less surface area of the tunica. Use only one clamp and push it as deep into the fat pad as possible”
2. Is it effective to clamp semi erect or little flaccid? I mean when you get erect and start clamping can you let it subside and do other things?
3. Can you clamp whenever you want, like many sets troughout the day or should I just clamp just once?

Unfortunately I can’t clamp that much now, so I have also forgotten some of the info about clamping.

1. I use 1 most of the time. But plenty of guys have had success with 2, so experiment and see what suits you!

2. If you clamp fully erect, the longitudinal fibres of the tunica will support the circumferential fibres, so clamping at high erection levels is better if you want to gain length as well. If you let the erection subside just a little, the circumferential fibres will be allowed to expand more, which is good for girth.

3. You can do either, but make sure you don’t clamp for too long each set, keep monitoring your penis. And you do very definitely need ‘recovery’ time from clamping, so don’t do multiple individual ‘sets’ throughout the day every day. Give it plenty of rest time too.
If you are going to do 100% erect clamping, one session a day of several sets would probably be better because they need more careful monitoring. If you are doing 80-90% erect, multiple clamping sessions are OK.

Question: can you clamp after a jelqing session or later after a jelqing session? Or do you do this on off days?

Just treat clamping as another PE exercise, which it is. You would not PE on an off day. But you can incorporate clamping into other PE however it suits you, as long as you are very sensible about it because clamping easily leads to ‘over training’.

BG only used two because he couldn’t stay engorged with one. One is better if you can make it work.

From a mechanical standpoint, aside from the increased pressure which distributes itself uniformly, a clamp will apply additional stress in the area immediately surrounding it. This would be the main reason to use more than one clamp.

However, an obvious problem with this would be pressure getting too high in the blood vessels, not allowing you to tighten the second clamp enough to cause significant stress to the tunica (effectively just increasing the the pressure in everything outside the tunica layers). I forget how much the skin bloats when clamping (haven’t done it in quite a while) so I can’t say whether this is a practical concern.

Personally, I’d say that the optimal approach would be to use a single clamp and vary its placement over the entire shaft, but if you’re able to attach more than one clamp reasonably tightly (possible be leaving the first one a little loose), that could work as well.
