Should we be clamping every day in order to build one day’s expansion off of the next?

What is the optimal clamping schedule?

I know most would say 5 on 2 off but it seems like 7 on would be better.

Clamping beats the shit out of your dick you need those two days to recover and anytime your erection level begins to suffer you need a break. I have always been a believer that rest is very important with girth exercises.

I’m with Dino, rest is very important. I have also read somewhere here that people have gained a moderate amount of girth just from minimal clamping such as clamping for only 2 sets of 10 minutes only a 2-3 times a week.

Like Dino says, 5 days on 2 days off is plenty - for all types of PE, not just clamping. You could try a light routine day in day out but your penis will get pretty exhausted. I often found my best sets were the first after my 2 day breaks - fully recovered and refreshed for another working week. If we can enjoy weekends, why can’t our dicks? :)

Smonk, I have been doing a lot of reading on clamping lately.

One conclusion that makes sense to me is basically do clamp sets until your unit gets that good sore feeling.

Then, you will probably have to take another day off giving one a schedule of 1 on 1 off. XLmagnum did this and he made impressive gains.

But who knows, becuase drilla made huge gains with 5 on 2 off along with TNTjockey. Then there’s aristo and so many others that believe in working out daily. If only scientists would do some tests.

Is it ok to stretch on the rest days?

Clamping is riskier than jelqing at 90% erection. I never will never support 7 days a week, even 5 days a week in the beginning. I think gradually working your way up to maximum 5 days on / 2days off routine is reasonable.

I’ve had much worse injuries from 90% jelqings than clamping. Just my experiences. Yours may differ.

I never could find the time or energy to jelq, but clamping and stretching have worked great for me.

Is it best to stretch/hang before or after a clamping session?
