Clamping question for those who gained

I read about guys using 2-3 clamps at a time on their unit. If the goal is to get as close to the base as possible, aren’t the extra clamps hindering that, and causing the area they are on to lose out on the engorgement?

I’ve started clamping for an hour a day. Not the easiest thing to do now that I’m not working from home anymore. I notice a difference but

I know if I don’t stay on it, I’ll lose it. It’s awesome to feel my big fat, heavy cock in my hands. It’s also awesome to fill up my wife’s pussy, although it makes it harder not to cum too fast.

Clamping for an hour a day? I’m assuming this is broken down into various sets and rests in between with regular heating throughout?

I do 3, 20 minute sets with jelqing after each set and hot, wet wash cloth warm ups before each set.

Progress seems slow going. For some reason I thought girth work would be fast. I guess it’s faster than length work. Anyone care to post how long it took to see noticeable gains in girth? Is 20 minutes a day sufficient or do I need to go for more time?

Update: I’ve gained a 1/4 inch in girth! Only have an inch more to my girth goal!

Girth work is slow, yet increases in girth result in significant increases in volume, which is not the case for increases in length.

The length of time you should clamp daily depends on how you respond. I found that I got my best gains form 3 8-10 minute sets a day. More sets and more time killed my EQ.

Most of my gains were at the base where I was clamped. Are most of your gains at the base too, or are your gains even?


Started ~ 2002 14.5 cm BPEL and 13 cm MSEG.

2008: Got serious, Measured ~ 15 cm BPEL and 14 cm in MSEG

1/12/2014: Measured BPEL 17.5 to 18 cm, MSEG 15, BEG 16.5

I can live with slow if they are significant. I gained my length pretty quick, but I plateaued. Last measurement, I lost half an inch. I got it back fast though by stretching and jelqing, which surprised me.

Can you share your exercises that got you your length gains? Also I’ve heard you can’t do exercises that Will Increase girth and length at the same time due to them being ineffective together.

Here is my routine that got me my gains: 1/2 inch, 6 Weeks!.

As far as doing length and girth work together, I have heard the same thing. However, I have heard people have made gains from clamping, which is what I’m hoping for. I hope the clamping as well as my jelqs and stretches continue to grow my schlong.

I never clamp more than 3 days a week and never on consecutive days. It’s very effective but intense. I’ve found heating to be essential in preventing injuries and promote growth.

Recently I’ve started to clamp without watching
Porn or ejaculatijng after. It’s proving to be more difficult than I expected.

Deerman, I avoid ejaculating after my PE sessions, in particular after clamping where you’re really in the mood to bust a nut (excuse the crass expression). I really, really enjoy the full, hanging sensation after an intense PE session and heightened sex drive something that’s not present when I’ve ejaculated at the end of the session.

I clamp every day because I think it accomplishes more. I could be wrong, but as long as my EQ is good and I can still get wood, I’ll continue. I need to be more consistent with heat on my unit while it’s clamped.

I wasn’t sure if it was just me that had heightened sex drive after clamping. Guess not!
