Clamping - No Expansion!

Yes heating well for up to 10min prior to starting with heat gel pack and then have been heating between sets the last handful of times too.

I have tried edging a bit while clamped. I might do it in between sets. I haven’t tried clamping after jelqing so I will definitely give that a go, maybe I’ll do a few horse squeezes just before.

Breakthrough!

I used the heat pack then did a couple sets of jelqing of about 3-4 min with a horse440 after each set for about 30 sec. I then did my usual clamping with heat on and off, while clamped and in between sets. I got 1/8” expansion from I think the second set, didn’t really go past that on the next couple sets but I was very happy for something to happen.

Seems like to me I really have to ‘loosen’ up the unit a bit maybe. Will try again tomorrow if I get a chance and update this thread.

Seeing the extra expansion is great motivation.

Awesome news about the expansion! I would say it’s not the end of the world if it doesn’t expand a ton, as long as you are still getting rock hard clamped erections and you can tell that your dick is getting a good work out. The real goal is to get unclamped increases, which will come eventually but it takes much longer.

For those of you who are having difficulty with expansion I have a suggestion that has worked great for many.

Doing these stretches prior to clamping can produce sometimes scary results because they loosen up the tissues.

I recently tried one clamp positioned correctly and a second upside down and it solved my no expansion issues. I guess it focuses pressure on the top and bottom of the penis.

UPDATE:

I have found I can get from the 1/8” expansion to 1/4” by clamping for a good bit longer, which I understand is a bit dangerous but I keep constant check on the colour of my unit. Not recommending clamping for long times to others AT ALL but this is what got me that extra expansion. I’m still tweaking my routine and will time it better, also think I need to try to cut it down a bit as have only just found this out last three sessions or so.

Note; when clamping I try to apply constant heat

10 min hot gel wrap
5-6 min wet jelq ending with a mild horse 440.
Hot wrap a couple minutes
Clamp 7-10 min - I get 1/8” expansion here.
Hot wrap 2-3 min
Clamp 15-20 min - I seem to get 1/4” maybe halfway through this set
Hot wrap 2-3 min
Clamp about 15 min - Consistent 1/4” expansion
10 min hot gel wrap or quiet hot shower
Firegoat rolls for a minute or two

Cold feeling or slight numbness.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
