Clamping experience

I’ve been considering returning to clamping and would like to hear about some of the clamping experiences of you guys out there. Also, what are some of your clamping routines and what kind of gains have you made?

I think the less is more approach to clamping is the way to go, but I know other’s would disagree.

The only continuous gains I’ve made clamping, are doing two, eight-ten minute sets, with constant heat, legs crossed, constant kegels, and repeatedly adjusting the clamp to let more blood in.

Ballooning for girth? No. For length, it’s the only one I’ve done, so I guess I’d have to say yes :)

I haven’t checked on my gains yet, but ever since I’ve started this routine, I’ve just been making steady progress.

I once did a month straight, clamping everyday, 4X20 sets, and I gained, I believe, squat. After that experience, I gave up clamping for a while, and went to jelquing, and other manual exercises. I only wish I would have tried this slow-and-steady routine earlier, I’d probably have 1/4” more already… oh well, live and learn, right?

You know, it’s good to hear about all this experience from other so you can learn from it. However, after you acquire a base knowledge, it’s all live and learn, trial and error. Know what I mean?

That’s interesting Kazoo. I’ve been going down the path of down long sets 4 or 5 at a time for a while now and gained bugger all. I think I’ll have to try what you’ve done and do less time and fewer sets.

Clamping is the best thing that ever happened to me, together with jiu jitsu and Coke Zero.

Since I started I’ve gained about .2 inches and I’m almost at my goal. It feels great, it looks great, and it works great. That’s what I can tell you from my experience.

I never warm up, I kegel throughout, sometimes holding 2 minute kegels, and I edge on my last set.

I wasn’t the one who came up with the routine, I was actually kind of in PE-darkness land - not a happy place to be - when there was this inspired, rant of a post, by I don’t know who, describing the routine I laid out for you here.

I’ll try find it tomorrow…

Clamping for me just flat out destroys my penis. And I’m talking just 1 10 minute set per day. After 3 days in a row my dick is beat to shit and I end up loosing all expansion and seem even post clamped to be no bigger.

I will say that the first time I clamp after like a month of no clamping my dick will swell to great girth and the next day it will bet fat too. I just can’t make it a regular thing because it’s so very harsh on my dick.

Maybe I should clamp 2-3 times per week max, one 10-minute set each, and see what that does for me.

Kazoo, I do the same exact thing. Two sets for about 10 minutes each. I much rather prefer doing this than 3 or 4sets for 15 min. I tried about a month or two of that in the past and had a bad reaction to it. With the two sets on a 5 on 2 off, I have erections all the time, all great PI’s. Less is more IMO with clamping.

Absolutely. With clamping, I try my hardest to get my dick to a hard, yet semi-soft state (with heat, and squeezes) then fill it up by squeezing with the clamp, then releasing and repeating this process.

I try to break my dick, then fill him up in a broken, expanded state, then give him plenty of time to rest. If you’re dick is filling with fluid, you’ve gone too far in my opinion.

I’ve been clamping for 4 weeks. I know it’s risky, but I’ve been doing light erect bends. It’s almost totally correct my upward curve making me look longer. But sex with my wife has improved too. After on clamp session, we had sex three times before I got soft again.

Hey kazoo, did you try looking at your own post history maybe in the general area of when you think you remember reading the post? Maybe you responded to it and it wouldn’t be hard to find that way. Just an idea.
