Clamping is awesome! I have just got back to a routine (3 days on 1 off). I do 3-4 10 min sets and last night gained 3/4 of an inch while clamped during the fourth set. I do 10-15 of jelqing for warm up in the beginning and about 5 min of jelqing in between sets. I must listen to my dick and be patient because clamping can hurt you have you get excited and go overboard. I have a nice flaccid hang the day after also. I also want to note that I’m on a test cycle thus making it easy to achieve and sustain and erection. I wonder though, how long does it take to cement girth gains from clamping. How would one know it’s cemented and safe to take a break?
RustyS: yeah I guess it does sound a bit final, but keeping in mind I haven’t gained any length in 2 years…..So when you did the clamping, how long did you stay clamped for, and how many sets did you do? I think this sporadic idea of jelqing that a lot of people seemed to have done and gained by is the way for me. When it comes to lifting weights (I’m not by any means a builder, just trying to get a bit bigger) but if I do 5 sets of high weights in a row I feel the burn the next day, but if I do the same amount but spread out a bit more, I still seem to get results (maybe even better) and do not feel as bad the next day. I don’t think my body likes routine, never was early for school….lol
With clamping I have read and followed the main wisdom on this site which is no more than 10 mins at a time and may two or three. As with the pumping iron my feeling is that the second set builds on the first. (Although here of course a set is just one lot of ten mins.) Personally I need to keep attending to keep hard throughout a clamp and so it becomes a time issue especially as I am now doing 30 mins jelqing.
With the weights I found that two sets but a different exercise but for the same area really worked. Really cut back on the time I had to spend at the gym as well. Same as you just trying to put on weight but not “body building”.
Changing routines once in a while seems to be what you hear about the weights and maybe it’s the same with PE(?)
Yea I agree and thats what makes me think that doing it randomly as oppose to a set time (as long as you dont overdo it) would be beneficial. I t would be like constantly changing your routine and might prevent your piece from adapting. Maybe.

Put wraps into the advanced search terms in threads and you’ll get lots of info. Advice mentions getting clamps nearer the base to avoid baseball bat syndrome.

Drilla, I see you use cable clamps. Did you get them from a UK store or get them shipped? I don’t seem to have got a response from ordering online form the US outlet. (Just been looking at your pics and man are you an inspiration.)
Sorry Drilla, I just saw from a post of yours that you did get them from Cableclamp.com. I think it was that site that I couldn’t get Florida state off the address form so now I’m wondering if I’ll get them.
