CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

In this last month I have gained 1/4 th of an inch from clamping. Im preety impressed with it


Starting measurements 4/20/2014

Length: 6 inches

Girth: 4.5 inches

I’ve recently taken up clamping as part of my routine. A couple issues I am having. I don’t seem to get any crazy expansion with it. It definitely does expand a small amount above normal but nothing nuts.

Is it possible that I am clamping too light or too tight? If I kegel it doesn’t seem to do anything. If I get up and do something else while I’m waiting for the set the erection softens but doesn’t shrink in size which is what big girtha said should happen. Anyone have any insight on this?

I never got any ‘crazy expansion’ - that didn’t stop it being effective over time. Crazy expansion is almost all fluid.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

That’s the kind of stuff I want to hear. I agree with the fluid buildup. It’s been my experience that any time I have an obnoxious post PE pump it is mainly fluid.

With that being said, I shall continue clamping with a littl expansion at a time and monitor the progress.

Yes. When I was clamping very aggressively I kegeled blood in and then clamped it down as tight as I could.

I have been clamping non stop for exactly 3 years now and have gained about an inch in girth mid-shaft and almost double that at the base.

Most of these gains came in the first few months. Now. I just gain 0.1 inch every six months. It is slow but worth it for me.

I started PE in 2004 but I could never stick to a routine and would lose motivation eventually.

That is until I started clamping which I just don’t mind doing and it can be done anywhere and anytime.

I do have cable clamps but I don’t use them. Instead I use the rubber lasso cock rings. It is less of a hassle and more quickly. No wrapping needed. When I clamp though for the most time I try to keep it fully erect.

I usually clamp through out the day doing 2 sets of 5 minutes followed with some bends until the erection goes down.I probably do this six times a day without taking any rest days.

Due to my work however I sometimes can’t clamp for a few days or even weeks which can either be negative or positive.. But I think this is actually good to have everything mixed up now and then.

My point is:

Find an exercise that you are comfortable with and that you don’t mind doing than keep working and make it normal part of your lives routine. Gains will come eventually even if they are slow. Time flies and before you know it 3 years have gone by and you gained 0.5 inch plus.
It is all about consistency and determination only then you will get gains beyond your lucky newbie gains. Then every now and then throw everything around and upside down to keep your dick guessing. I noticed that even if I do stop Clamping for a few weeks and I do lose some gains I can get these gains back in matter of a few days.

Just wanted to mention for those who are starting to Clamp don’t take my current routine . Start easy and do as little as possible. I got a lot of my gains just by doing 3 sets of 7-10 minutes 5 days on 2 days off in the first 6 months. Start off light and ramp it slowly up when you no longer are seeing gains. I eventually moved up to doing 2 times 3 sets a day. then 3 times 3 sets a day, then taking no more off days and now eventually I have to clamp throughout the day to still get gains. This all happened within in a 3 year period. I soon probably have to mix it up with regular pumping to get more gains.

From Clamping there was only a very mild discoloration that you would not really be able to notice. However I also started pumping somewhere halfway, very irregular but that has given me some major discoloration for sure. I have now been off pumping for about 2 months and it has already become a lot less. In these last 3 years I never pumped much and I believe none of my lasting gains were from pumping, however when I do pump I go overboard so another reason why I got discoloration. Check my progress thread and you can compare the pictures of the first year or so without pumping and then on the last page pictures after I started using the pump sometimes.

You will see a major change in color. But as mentioned that is evening out now.

Little bored and want to improve my girth.

The problem is .. Here on Brazil I cannot find any Cable Clamp. There’s nothing following the same specs (easy on and easy off, safe and all).

Need help to find some alternative clamping material.

Please and thank’s so far.

It’s not quick on or off, but a radiator hose clamp would work. Otherwise, look around for a substitute, or just have some shipped.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)
