CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

Hey guys,

Today I purchased one small Cable Clamp and one medium one. I’m oversized for the small one (no major accomplishment since it is tiny), but unfortunately I’m too small for the medium one.

Are the generic brands different sized? Is there anything else I can use?

They are all the same size. Just use more wrap.

Just read the whole thread, man talk about a lot of info!!! I have been PEing for a year now having gained .75” in length but only about .15” maybe .25” in girth, and I really only care about gaining girth now! I tried clamping for about 3 weeks and loved it! My girth would expand from my usual dismal MSEG of 5.1” to over 5.75”. I just finished a 10 day break, time to start back up again! I really really really really hope this will give me the girth gains I have been working so hard for over the last year!

Just out of curiosity those of you who have clamped or do clamp regularly, what type of gains did you get and how long did it take you?

I would be absolutely ecstatic if I could get up to 6” MSEG in a year of clamping.

I also am going to follow TNT Jockeys advice of 6 weeks on 2 weeks off.

I found cable clamps at Big Lots for $3.00 if anyone is looking to try them. I am assuming that all big lots sell them though. The pack came with 3 small and 1 medium.


Started ~ 2002 14.5 cm BPEL and 13 cm MSEG.

2008: Got serious, Measured ~ 15 cm BPEL and 14 cm in MSEG

1/12/2014: Measured BPEL 17.5 to 18 cm, MSEG 15, BEG 16.5

I live in one of the smallest countries in the world, in the center of Europe and I ordered them straight from the official site.

At least I have 10 medium clamps and no small ones.

That’s good to know and I’ll try to keep that in mind. Unfortunately clamping is so satisfying/addictive it’s hard not to want to focus your PE activities around it.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

I have a question, iv been clamping for 6 months almost. And iv seen gains all over but my extreme gains are further to the base, during my clamping session, up to three inches up the shaft I can expand almost .75inches which makes me reach 8 inches girth but from 4-5 inches onward I only expand maybe .5 bringing me close to 7 inches girth at the top end,

What I’m going to ask is, is there any clamping exercise that targets the top end more than the base or bottom end?

Try wrapping your hand around the lower part of your shaft so that the slightly thinner part is above your hand, and do some gentle clamped bends on the part you want to thicken. Take it easy - it’s very intense and can easily cause bad injuries, but as you have been clamping 6 months, you should have enough control and feel to do it.

The circumferential layers (‘girth layers’) of the tunica will stretch better while you do the bending if you are not rock hard, as they won’t be slightly supported by the longitudinal layer(s). You still want to be pretty hard though.
