CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

I never had problems with tighten the clamp but my hands are never oily when I do. I use two hands when I tighten it and that works for me.

For those of you with clamping experience do you see more progress with back to back sessions or 3 spread throughout the day?

I seem to respond better with back-to-back, but I do still allow some rest/recovery between - say 3 10+ minute sessions, with 10 minute roll/massage/rest between. I find that the second session has the most expansion and the 3rd can sometimes approach over-training if I’m not careful. But I’m pretty extreme with my clamp+edging+bending routine.

Thanks. How much have you gained from clamping? I rarely get back to back sessions due to stealth reasons. I just try to get in 3 a day if possible. I’ve gone from 5.25 to 6.1 jelqing and clamping.

It would seem that back to back gives you better expansion but I could see how clamping throughout the day could prolong expansion without shrinkage.

Any other thoughts?

BG, forgive me if this has been addressed already. I have two questions. First, while clamping as close to the base as possible, is it likely that the clamp can move? I am a fat ass with a good sized fat pad. In my head I see it playing out like this: I clamp, then the fat pad squeezes up against the clamp and it moves.

Second - has your unit become permanently discolored because of this?

I clamp very often. The clamp should not slide up from the base. Thanks how place it. Put the clamp on a leave it loose. Grab the penis head and pull the penis outward as I push the clamp into my fat pad and then tighten it down so that it wont slip off but still allows blood to flow in. Get an erection, and then tighten a little more so that blood flows in but does not escape, or escapes very slowly. Stand or sit though the entire session while kegeling and rubbing the glans to keep an erection. The brand CableClamps is the easiest way to do this. And I highly recommend trimming your bush to prevent pinching and pulling hair.

And discoloration is temporary, goes away within a few days/ week or less.

For me it’s always been porn. Some people feel that it’s not healthy to use porn for PE but that’s never bothered me. I try to stay as erect as possible in the clamp for 10-15 min and I try to move from 2 clicks to 3 at about the 8 min mark for greater expansion.

I have been answered Before that clamping is not for beginners and that it will make the tissues in the penis more resistance to gains, so not ideal if you want to gain some length as well (which I do). So I wonder. After how many months/years can I start clamping? I’ve been doing some light jelqs (like 5-10 mins jelqing 2 Days on, 2 Days off.) But I really want to get girth to at least 6.5! And heard that clamping can give little in length as well?

It’s not about time or how long you have done PE. You should only start clamping when you have got every bit of girth gain you can out of every other exercise there is. I started clamping too soon and toughened my penis up so much that I couldn’t get gains in length or girth from any exercise. I had to take a whole year off and start PE all over again.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

You asked for an opinion and got one. Of course, assuming you’re a grown man you can do what you like. Learn to clamp properly and safely and you will be fine.

I’d imagine an intelligent grown man will weigh others experience against enthusiasm when deciding how much they want to risk their one and only penis.

Why start with an exercise that will make other safer (and arguably just as effective) exercises less or completely ineffective? Doesn’t make sense to me.
