CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

The tear happened just under my glans. I have to assume it was from the girth there. Also my clamping has turned out well; from 5.5 to 7.0” at the base midshaft is less impressive at only 6”. Honestly the biggest change has been in the veins and corpus spongiosum(glans and urethra).

Routine is daily 3x10 sessions. Sometimes I do 6x10 but thats rare as I am in the clamp for an hour :O

6” is nothing short of impressive, remember which percentile that is. :)

Anyway, those are very nice gains for standard 3x10 min routine. I’m doing 3x15 min myself and I add a bit of pumping when I feel like it.

How much do you tighten the clamp? If you could describe feeling, not number of clicks obviously. :)

Religion that’s great gains for a year, more info on routine please, 1 or 2 clamps, other exercises etc.

Other than doing kegels throughout the sessions I don’t there is anything special about my routine. Thought everyone was getting gains like this………………………………..

That depends on how much clamping experience you already have, but it is generally accepted that any kind of PE requires days off (except Bib’s approach to hanging).

Given that you have enough clamping experience, I would advise at least 1-2 days off per week if you plan to do 40 minutes of clamping a day.

I tried 3 days in a row, and it didn’t work too well. I usually do my clamping the day I do my jelqs. :) Not all together of course. I clamp in the morning and jelq before or after work.

I have started using this clamping routine. One of the issues I had with Clamping or pumping was right under the glands I would always get a vein that would balloon out. I don’t know if there would be any chance of this vein rupturing or not. I have a limited knowledge of the vasculatory system, but what I do know is that veins get smaller towards there endings and branch out into capilaries. Large pressure in the veins forced into the capilaries couldn’t be very good, particularly where the veins meet the glands.

So what I have been doing with clamping and pumping is using a self adhesive wrap that is an inch wide and wrapping the glands down to about the middle of my circ scar. This keeps the glands and the smaller veins and capilaries protected. I feel like I can apply more pressure with this support in place and i’m not nearly as afraid of blowing a vein anymore.

You can secure the wrap with a small piece of velcro after the wrap stops wanting to stick to itself anymore.

The vein on the top of mine bulges. :) I don’t think it’d burst, but I’m not a doctor.

I’ve been interested in PE for a long time, but stopped because I was much more interested in foreskin restoration. After 20 or so months of using traditional restoration methods, I have no skin growth whatsoever. I’ve heard that clamping causes skin expansion…do any seasoned clampers believe that clamping can be a reliable method for skin growth?

Have you tried Ron Low’s TLC Tugger? I’m uncut, and I use Ron’s other product, the VLC tugger, which is aimed for people who want to use ADS/hang with no wrapping required. I’d imagine you could get good results with the TLC as I’m seeing some skin stretch even with the VLC, which is not created for this purpose.

Pumping has long had the reputation of restoring the foreskin and in my experience it works.

7x5...want 7x6

Kind’ve an odd question for me, whenever I’m trying to tighten the clamp, I notice I end up pushing at the middle of the clamp instead of at the top and end up putting pressure across the middle of my unit and cause quite a bit of pain. Anyone have any tips on how to tighten it and avoid this? The problem is usually because I clamp after jelqing so my hands still have some oil on them and I don’t have the grip to tighten it from elsewhere.
