CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

I tried clamping again today. It’s never felt right before. Today it felt great. My girth jumped up to a hair over 5.75 and that wasn’t fluid buildup as it was hard. That was pretty shocking given that I’ve only recently moved up to 5.5 inches of girth.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Question about what is best after a clamping session.

Is it beneficial to stretch or hang right after? Or just leave it in the post-clamped engorged state for the rest of the day.

I have never tried to hang at all, let alone after a clamping session I’m afraid… I can, however, impart to you some wisdom atleast ( I hope! ).

I’m getting decent gains from clamping from semi-erect as close to the bone as possible and with as many clicks as possible. I then achieve an erection whilst kegeling as much blood as feasable. I defect from a few clampers in that I try to stay 100% through the duration of my 3 x 12 minute sets, edging also. As well as this, I dry jelq between sets. After my 10 minute warm-down, I edge for around 20 mins, ensuring that my temporary increase in girth has the chance to atleast become partly permanent.

I hope this helps, I know how hard it can be to gain…

I like to stretch or hang before I clamp. It is my theory that clamping will help solidify the length gains by fill the penis with the maximum amount of blood. I call this clamping for length.

What benefits does a warm down provide following a clamping session?
I also think stretching either manually or hanging post clamp session would further stretch and deform the tunica to help with gains.

Thoughts?

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before - I’d love to wade through 80+ pages of discussion, but.. ;) -

A quick question from experienced girth gainers who either clamp or do erect jelqs: when you’re that super-engorged, “110%” erect state and you take a girth measurement, is that any kind of indication of the girth you can eventually hope to achieve? E.g. If you find clamping gives you an extra 0.2” girth, does that mean that with sufficient training you’ll be able to achieve a girth 0.2” bigger than your current girth with a standard, non-clamped erection?

I sure hope so, or else I’d probably would’ve given up on clamping a long time ago.


Aug 2011: NBPEL: 6 EG:5

Goal: 7x6

I’ve switched from 12 to 15 mind sessions only 2 thou. And those extra mins seem to really do the trick, it really helps engorge. Doing 3 sets isn’t time efficient for me. But I’ve been having good luck with the 2 15 min clamping sessions.

Hey guys, I want to start clamping but I moved to Germany recently and I don’t know where to get the supplies. Does anyone know if I can buy this stuff off the internet?

This may be an odd question, but where are you primarily supposed to feel a clamp after your sets? I hang and then clamp, and I’m not sure what ‘ache’ to attribute to what cause. I’m only wondering this because I want to know if I need to intensify one exercise or the other.
