CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

I finally found something that would allow me to clamp more comfortably. The problem for me was always the hinge side digging into my scrotum and causing a bruise. I tried everything from a strap around the neck to tucking under my underwear. The solution for me was to clamp up rock hard then strap on a neoprene cockring right behind it, no more bruises or embarassing necklaces.

Guys, I am wondering if you can give me any tips for girth gains with clamping. I did the newbie routine for a year and gained 1 inch BPFSL and 0.5 inch BPEL and maybe 0.25 in girth (but I am not sure on the girth gain, back then I wasn’t good at measuring that). Due to the gap between BPEL and BPFSL (they were the same when I started), I think it is wise to switch to girth exercises and help close that gap. I am operating under the assumptions in the thread: “Focus Your PE and Gain! TGC Theory”.

Since I had been on newbie for a year, I only took a couple weeks to get to clamping 10x10x10 minute sets. I’ve been doing it over three months with seemingly no benefit. If I am gaining, it is only in flaccid hang and maybe less than 1/8 inch girth gains.

Any advice on what i might be doing wrong or tips for additional exercises to help? Maybe girth gains really take that long, keeping in mind I already did a year of newbie before starting.

I forgot to mention I have been doing ulis for about a year, and I have been doing some bends after I started clamping. But I haven’t doing the bends regularly, so if anyone thinks they make a noticeable complement to girth gains let me know.

I don’t recommend bends at all. They make work for some but it’s just too much risk with an already risky practice. For mainly girth gains you should stop all stretching and length exercises. You will still gain some length at minimal amounts but most importantly you will gain the maximal amount of girth in minimal time. I practice pe with a time tested formula of pumping, followed by super sets of dry jelqs for partial reps, various holds, and finally pumping, and/or clamping to wrap things up. Please be aware that clamping needs to be alternated every couple of months just like wet jelqs and pumping to avoid stagnating gains.

I think you should explain us a bit more how you do your clamping. Do you do it fully erect, do you edge or kegels while clamping? Do you clamp non erect while still being engorged larger then your normal erect girth? Do you get a decent expansion compared to your normal erect girth when clamping?

So more info would help us give you feedback.

Uncas, I try to remain erect while clamping, I think that would make the most sense. I am successful with that most of the time. I don’t edge or kegel during the process, but I do remain stimulated, and the clamped girth is maybe a quarter an inch larger than my regular erect girth.

I have two questions - if anyone has feedback for either one, I appreciate it.

1. For the firegoat rolls to prevent discoloration, for how long and more importantly how hard do I need to do them? Firm pressing, or do I need to go really hard, perhaps to force blood across some barriers or something?

2. I realized it’s been discussed a lot, but I haven’t found anything that works for me: how do you get the clamp really far down to the base of the penis? I use the medium cable clamp brand. No matter how hard I am and how far down I push it, it seems to settle in about an inch up the shaft from the pubic bone. I am not referring to the fat pad, I mean an inch of visible penis showing below the clamp. Especially now that i am getting discoloration above that mark, I don’t like this trend.

I was wondering what the increase of penis thickness during a clamping session consist of.. Personally I find it is my CS that inflate the most when I do an hand clamping.what about you?


Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

How long does it take to cement gains?

I would like some vets to come on and set expectations for clamping gains (not counting any newbie easier gains - so let’s say we do newbie routine for a year then start clamping) and then answer your question on cementing.

I think part of my solution has already been discussed on this thread or elsewhere, but I’ll repeat it in case you didn’t see it. The other part is my own observation, although the chances are it’s also been independently discussed yonks ago.

The first thing is to put the clamp on when you have a semi, not if you are fully erect. Then as you get erect, hold the clamp as close to your groin as possible and kegel the blood through. If done right, this should force the clamp back against you.

The part I call my own observation, probably incorrectly, is the fact that if you are having difficulty kegeling blood through the clamp when you achieve a certain level of erection, push the clamp down - I.e so the top is pressed against the top of your penis and the pressure on the bottom is slightly released. For some reason this allows you to kegel more blood. I’m sure one of the vets, who seem to have a knowledge of anatomy that borders on the terrifying, will be able to explain this.

Is the size of the clamp I need medium?

Yeah. Big Girtha can’t even wear a large Cable Clamp, yet haha!
