I am thinking about clamping next month. Nice and slow to start off with. I am coming up to the end of my newbie routine this week (hurray).

Quick question. How long does it take to finally cement some gains? I am wanting to know everything before I start clamping in case of injuries etc. I have read about that some people have actually lost 1” of girth after 2 years stopping PE, but I am not sure if he done it long enough to cement his gains. Is this a thing you have to do you whole life of shall we say there is a certain amount of time/training before they finally cement?

I know I’m not BG, but from my experience, if you have made a gain it stays. I’ve taken off as long as 3 years and not lost any gains. I have never had to ”cement” a gain. I’ve had temporary swelling and pumps from clamping, but given consistency and time, the gains come. For example, I gained my last 1/4” of girth in roughly 4 months. I clamp 4 on, 3 off and an average of 30-45 minutes daily. Any man can clamp despite experience if he starts ‘low and slow’. I personally again based on my own experiences with LONG breaks and no loss in gains, feel no need to worry about losing a gain once it’s been made. Seems to me the guys who ”lose” gains usually had not actually made them in the first place.

Yep, only size a guy should ever need. Home Depot (usually ”cable cuff” brand), sometimes Wal-Mart near the extension cords, sometimes other hard ware stores, or online at cableclamp.com

Yes. I concur. Ten minutes seems to be the magic number, just like in between hanging sets. Just long enough to massage that healthy pink color back to your dick, then clamp it again. Three ten minute sets a day is a pretty mild session, but is probably enough to keep a nice plump girth.
