I’m having a lot of trouble getting over 6.25” girth while clamped. I can only gain about 0.25” while clamped, I’ve never been able to get more. I just started trying some clamped bending, which is what got me up there in the first place, but I can’t get over it. I’ve really only ever tried one set of bends while clamped. I don’t do two sets because I have to warm up first, and after I’ve done one set, I don’t want to do another because I don’t want to overdo it.
Does anyone have any advice?
I think I remember Peterbuilt saying that he did clamped bends and got some good gains. I remember him saying in particular that as he did it more and more, the amount he was able to increase per session went way up. If you’re reading this Peterbuilt, how long did this take exactly and do you have any advice?
