CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

I know someone has said this in the past, but as far a discoloration, pumping helps.

I was stuck at a point in clamping, so yesterday, I decided to pump first (3x10) and then clamped (3x10) and my coloration was actually less than when I started.

I can’t seem to get a good clamp.like my erection starts to go down and I think my blood goes out a bit.I have to use strips of socks.when I start out the glans are very, very hard. Is it normal for them to soften up a bit a minute or two in?

More time in the clamp at less pressure is the new school of thought.

+.5 is pretty good. Try holding that as long as you can without feeling soreness. Still keep within the 10 minute sets, but do more of them if you can. If your shaft is sore to the touch call it a day. Finish up with dry jelqs and manual stretching.

You lucked out. Never fall asleep in a clamp. That is total Dickicide. Probably the loss of girth was a kin to turtling when you over train length work. But no I never actually heard of anyone loosing girth from over clamping. Loss of sensation and or erection quality yes, but girth no.

Funny, I’ve never gotten these , but lots of guys do. Checkout dangleman’s pics. He is the poster child of little red spots. The bigger dark red spots are blood blisters, which is a sign of over training. The “Little red spots” seem to be rather harmless.

I think the biggest clamp in the pack is even too big for AWG or Fat Cockala or aristocane. The mid size one works. However you might want to check out Monty’s new AirClamp. Read about it here. One size pretty much fits all.

I finally saw that measurement page on cablaclamps.com. The Medium clamp does indeed appear to be a perfect one-size-fits most PE device. S-XXL + wrap, as far I can tell from just the numbers.

Lots of PE candy on Monty’s page, however the Airclamp “Fits girths from 4 to 6 inches.”, so should be good for most but not all. As an aside note, I think I prefer the idea of a perfectly quantifiable pressure form the small increments on the cable clamps. Eliminating any guesswork from PE where possible.
It’s still nice to see fellow PE’ers offering products talked about here, that may not be easily available otherwise to PE’ers far from Walmart and Home Depot.

I just saw you mentioned a few months back a new clamping device being developed. So, is that pretty soon or later, would you say?

I’ve recently gotten some red spots on my dick from clamping.

I also recently tweezed my cock and for some reason I think they are linked.

I’ve also been using some of Eroset’s EVO.

But Polysporin (or any kind of anti-bacterial cream) has really seem to help diminish the red spots.

Ideal: Not sure which clamping device you are referring to, we’ve talked about several ideas in this thread. Monty’s Airclamp is available on his site now, that is the one I mentioned in the post above and link to the review. The other, the GirthaClamp is still on the drawing board in monkeybar’s shop and may be a while, if ever

I know pumping right after tweezing or shaving can cause irritation. I think what happens is blood gets sucked through (pumping) or pushed through (clamping) the pores or the little holes where the hairs are shaved or pull out. This causes a kind of rash or little red dots that get sore or irritated. I’m only guessing here because this happens to me if I pump or clamp too soon after shaving. I don’t tweeze, but I bet the same thing occurs. It might even be more noticeable with tweezing, because you are not just pulling out the hair, but the bulb and root which makes a bigger hole than just shaving. Might try to tweeze on length days rather than girth days.

Yes, I think it was probably the GirthaClamp — you mentioned it being under development, in another clamp thread around christmas.

Anyway, I got a box of 20 medium sized CableClamps today (quick overseas delivery, 3 weekdays). Wanted to get some just in case they’re unavailable by the time I’ll be switching to girth work.
Being a long time cock ring user (collected more rubber, leather and metal rings than I can hide under the bed), I do fancy myself knowing my ins and outs of blood restriction pretty well; a test session with these clamps and I’m confident I’ll be using them a lot when the time is right for me to swith from length to girth work. I find them very comfortable indeed, even with overmaxed engorgement; small enough increments for easy and effective use.

I have been clamping for about a week and don’t really know if I have had any gains yet, I wasn’t expecting any this early anyway. But when I am clamping I am about .2-.25 bigger in girth and .25 bigger in length. Is this a normal size increase in length and girth while clamping? Also, it seems that my erections haven’t been 100% since I started clamping. Did you experience this? How long do you think before I might see some noticeable permanent gains clamping?

hardgainer, make sure you are jelqing and massaging after your clamping set to get new blood in your penis. Your increase is just about what mine is when I clamp but mine is a little bigger. I get about a half inch more in thickness when I clamp. But I am reverting back to the newbie routine for the most part.

hardgainer: I think you may be rushing into to clamping too soon. If you don’t work through the newbie routine you will not be conditioned enough to see any real gains from clamping, only post session swell, which is mostly lymphatic fluid build up and is not permanent. You will also miss out on the easy newbie gains that come to most PEers when they first start conditioning the penile tissue. Don’t cheat yourself out of these easy gains by rushing things. Also, lil is right about dry jelqing between sets. Very important for both gains and a healthy circulation. Poor erection quality and loss of sensation in the glands is the first signs of over clamping.
