CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

Dammit those mag wraps are hard to find! Do yall think any neoprene wrist wrap would work? I have my eyes on something called breathoprene brand stretchy wrist wraps. Found it at Target.

The Twenty Ten Rule

All you new guys. The best way to absorb the most important material of this thread or any long thread that you just don’t have time to wade through. Go back to the opening post, read all of post #1. Then skip to the end post #407 read that then work backward. This way you get the newest stuff first. I think I’ve said “10 minutes rest period between sets” a gazillion times, and the last time was probably just a few posts back. Even from the time of Bib we have said 10 minute rest period between 20 minute sets is good for any PE exercise. In fact I think that is carved in the PE Bible somewhere. But better than watching the clock, watch your dick. Your dick will tell you when it is ready for another set. When you have dry jelqed and massaged all numbness away, and your color is back to normal, the best you can tell, then it is safe to proceed. Once you get to the point you can’t restore a normal feeling in your glands stop the session, and don’t start another one until your dick feels normal and you can get a good erection. The more sets you do the longer it takes to revive your dick. But for most, the Twenty-Ten rule is safe.

Here is the reason for the 20-10 rule:
We know, according to Gray’s Anatomy and other sources that tissue death sets in around 23 minutes. Bib set the 20 minute hang set with a three minute safety margin to boot.

Clamping, however, is more intense than hanging or pumping. Bib knew this even three years ago when he set the ten minute rule for ULI’s or Extreme Ulis, he called them. We now call it clamping, but it is the same thing. We are completely, or damned near completely, cutting all circulation to the glands. Technically the oxygen starved cells could probably survive the full 23 minutes, I think Even Thunder said in Aristo’s thread we could probably get by with 20 minute clamp sets. I’m sure every dick is different, but for me that is too long. For Bib, that was too long. I think cutting the set at 10 minutes is good. After about 12 minutes we, our I should say I, reach a point of diminishing returns. But regardless if you clamp 10-15 or 20 minute sets, take enough time between the sets to completely revive the tissue with fresh blood or you are going to injure yourself.

I looked throughout the thread for this and didn’t find it any where. First let me tell you my rountie 3x15 mins. I don’t have pain after this, no soreness, nothing. Should I add an extra set on. I was thinking I shouldn’t, since there not any pain doesn’t mean there isn’t any growth. I just wanted to get some advice from anyone, I know some guys do four sets it just I kept it at 3 for the safe side.

I am in the same boat dude. My cock is never soar, no pain at all, not even any red dots most of the time. THis is after 3-4 10 minute clamps. My cock does definitely look puffier while flaccid for a day or so. I wonder if I need to make it more intense or will I get results without these “signs”.

Thing is I have gained in length and my ligs were never soar, so maybe it is the same deal with girth.

Maybe then there nothging really to worry about then, maybe we should keep working out without worrygin about pain. I’m black so I can’t see red spot, but it doesn’t get puffer although I my head getting a little darker. I’m also going back to jelqing (unimportant). So you said you do four set, I think I’ll push it to four also.

You shouldn’t have pain. If you try for pain, you will be sorry when you get it.

I think more sets is ok as long as you stick to the time limits for each set and for the rest period in between sets.

Hey guys just wanted to tell you that I am not losing length-maybe it was a wrong measurement or it is temporary after clamping.

And I think I am already starting to gain girth now.clamping is great

Also I would like to make a comment/note in black guys (Asians also, from India) you notice that the head of your penis starts to get darker with clamping, hell your whole penis does.
