My thinking was that a width increase is indicative of CC enlargement. I initially posted a zero increase in width, but measuring more carefully and accounting for parallax errors, I find that I get a 1/16” increase in width.

Guys. One more time let me pass on this warning from Doc, then I’ll shut up about it. Hey Girtha, I was wondering something about clamping. When I clamp with the cable clamp (as opposed to holding a squeeze with my hand), especially after a minute or so, even if I’m stimulating it, the chambers aren’t super-hard and completely unmalleable; that is, they aren’t being stressed to their fullest capacity. So, if I squeeze my shaft, there is still some give even though the clamp won’t get any tighter. Is this how it is for you? If I clamp as hard as I can with my hand, I can make it so the CC and CS are hard as wood. But are you clamping and still gaining when the CC/CS (although still hyper-engorged more than a possible unclamped erection) have a little give if you were to push in on your shaft with your thumb and index finger while in the clamp?

Manual clamping is safer than CableClamps, but not as effective. You just can’t hold the pressure hard enough or long enough to get a good engorgement, or at least I can’t. No, there should be little or no give when you press your fingers into a clamped off engorgement.

Yeah I’m pretty sure this is what it is. They feel squiggly and hard like little worms and I’m feeling some discomfort right under my head.

Losing length due to clamping

Hey guys,

I have just started again to read this thread. I started with clamping a week ago and it works really well but I think I may lost some(0.1-0.2) of my nbp length gains!

Is this possible?

From my understanding you should do one set a day (3xXXmins), but i have read of guys in here who do two sets a day. It all depends on what you feel to be helping you more, but BE CAREFUL start slow the best plan then maybe work your way up to two sets a day. But your a Newbie you shouldn’t even be clamping you have to build your dick up first, clamping is no Newbie rountie.

Jackman, you need to read this whole thread. And if you are new to PE, you are not ready to clamp.

did, unfortunately I believe it is possible to lose length as you gain girth. I have noticed this myself.

Sorry Jackman, don’t mean to be rude but I remember just discussing those issues. Look at posts 301, through 304 etc. See if that doesn’t help, at least with the “how much rest between sets”.

How many sets per day? Big Girtha does it all day on and off, from the sound of it, but he is the first to tell you he is extreme.

More typical is 3 10 minute sets with 5 minute breaks between. The breaks are important, as is the limit to how long you clamp, as you will learn as you read more.
