Big Girtha, can you suggest the number of 10 min. sets I should do a day? Is it possible to do too many sets?

Every dick is different, and of course the more conditioned you get the more sets you can do. I’m a clampaholic. I clamp all day every day, but never longer than 10 minutes at a time and never more than one clamp. I don’t even count anymore, I just do it till I get sore then I leave it in ADS till the next session. Two sessions a day, one morning and one evening five days a week is a pretty good girth workout. A session being three 10 minutes sets with lots of dry jelqing between sets and ADS between sessions. Your dick will let you know when its had enough.

Whats ADS?

Theres no point in making homemade clamps when you can buy them at Home Depot for about a buck I think.

Dan, unless you’ve got some serious PE under your belt (i.e. many months at the least), you should NOT be clamping.

You’ve only been a member here since October, stick to the newbie routine for a few months.

Also, the search function is quite helpful.

Dan, lots of stuff written on ADS All Day Stretch devices: pe weights, AutoExtenderADS just to mention a couple. I use both, but mostly I Fowfer. Try wild card searches for *Fowfer* *ADS* or check out the websites at:

www.peweights.com
www.autoextender.com

CableClamps can be bought at either site or at most hardware stores on the isle where they sell extension cords. Just make sure your dick is conditioned enough. Clamping is an advanced exercise.

We are in the process of making a safer clamp that will be more effective and affordable. You might want to stick to the newbie routine while you wait for the better clamp. Hopefully around Xmas time or thereabouts.

Thanks for the advice guys!! Guess ill be sticking with the newbie routine for the next few months! Will it really take a long time for me to gain an inch in girth and length? If I stay consistent?

There is usually a short growth spike that occurs early in ones PE career, I’m sure you’ve heard of “quick Newbie gains.” Some guys gain a lot during this period, others don’t. But by rushing into the more advanced routines you may very well cheat yourself out of these easy newbie gains. This is why we encourage all new members to milk the early gains for everything they are worth, because there comes a plateau after it that sometimes lasts a good while. Also by sticking with these basic exercises you are toughening up your dick for more intense routines later. Slow and steady wins the race.

Thanks for the kind words, sir. Yes I do get a lot of PMs asking the same questions so I’ll put it here if you don’t mind so everyone can see and hopefully I won’t have to say it again. Yes it’s true that I can clamp 10 minutes sets all day, but it has taken me three years to build up to that, If you are doing one hour of 10 minute sets clamping close to the base after a year of conditioning without getting sore it’s probably not too much you will most likely get the girth gains you seek within a year, I’m not sure about the length, though. Some have gained erect length through clamping, I have not, only flaccid length and a lot of girth. Increase the number of sets you do a day slowley, but do not increase the sets beyond 10 minutes, and stay with one clamp close to the body. Let you’re soreness be the guide when to stop more than number of sets and you will get more sets in as you continue to toughen up the tunica.

Last PMer: Yes. I personally think you can never do enough manual stretching. I do it almost continuously, especially when I clamp. Do Piss pulls. Whenever you can get your hands on your dick you should be stretching. V stretches are good also. Along with dry jelqs they should be done before in between and after clamping, pull from the tip. As far as to how many or for how long, let your soreness be your guide rather than number of sets. If you have any more questions, please post them here.
