Clamping every other day

Clamping every other day

I am going to switch to clamping every other day, for an hour, rather than pretty much every day - and see what happens. I have picked up about another mm (total gain .4 inch) since getting back to clamping - but I want to test what happens on a one-day-on, one-day-off schedule.

Any thoughts about whether this will work?

That’s the routine I currently use, with dry jelq days in between; works decently well for me.


Going for 6 inches of girth, wish me luck.

what pressure are you guys using and what are your sets/times?

startingover: I do clamped squeezes, though they can be very dangerous …four sets of about 15 minutes each, for a total of an hour. No heat.

I’m going to ever other day partly because my erection quality has been poor.

Pressure? I just clamp it. Two ten minute sets, with five minute rests in between.

My last clamping routine was every other day combined with erect jelqing and squeezes, it was to intense for everyday

Heat has really helped me out and helped with EQ also. I go two days on 2 off any more than that and my EQ starts to suffer. 30 minutes with the rice sock and I am ready to go. Since going to heat I was able to back the clamp off one tooth and get more engorgement than I was previously with the clamp tighter. I think clamping boils down to knowing when to loosen the clamp. Once I loosened the clamp the gains started coming, less lymph buildup and more CC expansion.

Keep us posted on how it works out. My flaccid seems to be best on the 2nd off day. I normally go 5/2 but am thinking about changing it up.

I gotta say that when I took a necessary week off awhile back my erections got much better. Clamping can really “clamp down” on them if you overdo it. Therefore my experiment with 1 on, 1 off.

I’d agree with trying the one day on, one day off routine. I’ve tried clamping every day but it was overkill for me. I do about 3-4 times per week, sometimes two days in a row if all the PI’s are good. But not much more than that. After 6 months I’ve had about a .25 inch gain. It would be interesting to see if I could increase the gain rate with increased session, but Jake the one eyed snake says “no” and he’s the boss :)

Hey dangleman, are you planning to just do one session a day or one in the morning and one at night?

Register - it depends on the time I have. Generally maybe i get a couple of sessions in in the morning, then maybe one or two later in the day. I’m not picky.

Seem to be making progress with this routine - more than usual. Will keep you guys informed. I was bigger today than usual when measuring, by a MM - 18 hrs. after my last PE.
