Clamping/erection question

I have used the search and couldn’t find a satisfying answer.

When you clamp, are you supposed do edge while keeping it on (the clamp), or just clamp your erection and leave it at that? I ask because from the clamping threads it results the second way it’s recomended, but if I just clamp and leave it my erection will subside, so I use to edge for the 20min workout.


18.02.08: NBP 6.7, BPSFL 7.9, EG 5.9

You have to keep yourself erect.

You have to aim for engorgement beyond your normal 100% erection. Ways to do so: readjusting the clamp back and forth, edging, standing up to get better blood flow, just basically get engorged as possible and do a strong kegel hold.

Started: Bpel 7 mseg 4.5

Current: Bpel 7.5 mseg 4.75

Goal: at least 8.5X6.5
