clamping/decrease in size
Has anybody hear experienced a decrease in size after clamping. I jelqed and stretched for 2 years fairly consistently, and then decided to clamp. Well, I did 3 sets of 5-8 minutes, 4-5 times a week for 2 weeks. Then went to measure my girth, 4.75-4.8, from 5.0-5.1. I was devastated! Anyway, during these two weeks I didnt do any wet jelqing, only moderate dry jelqing between sets. Which was quite a change from during only wet jelqing. But, I did gain about .2 in lenght during those two weeks! But I am more conserned with girth then length, at least right now. Has anybody experienced this? Is it possible im over training? Or just not doing the right exersises for me. Or under training?
